Keep a cardigan (preferably black) at your desk. Offices get chilly. Plus, a cardigan can make any more relaxed business casual look seem more professional.

You might not have time to get a mani, but you can always give yourself a quick touch up at your desk.

Makeup bag with the essentials
Makeup on Wall Street should always look natural.
For example, at Goldman Sachs there's an unspoken rule that it's not cool to wear a lot of makeup.
So keep it light. Concealer, a simple blush, some mascara, neutral lip gloss or lip balm. That's all you need.
BONUS: Make sure to throw in a bright lip color for after work.
Baby powder or dry shampoo
If you're working late hours and don't have time to wash your hair, keep a bottle of baby powder handy.
