Good morning! Here's what you need to know today in tech:

  1. Netflix will start paying Comcast to make sure its videos stream quickly for viewers (stream time has been increasing in recent months). Here's what the deal really means.
  2. Nokia announced three new Android phones under its "Nokia X" brand at the Mobile World Congress conference in Barcelona. Here's a hand-on review of one of the low-cost phones.
