- Facebook turns 10 today and Mark Zuckerberg has written an open letter to the community. "When I reflect on the last 10 years, one question I ask myself is: why were we the ones to build this? We were just students," he writes. "The only answer I can think of is: we just cared more. "
- FiftyThree, the maker of a popular drawing app Paper, is not happy with Facebook. It doesn't like that Facebook's news app is also called Paper and it has asked Facebook to choose a new name. "An app about stories shouldn't start with someone else's story. Facebook should stop using our brand name." Facebook is going to keep using the name Paper.
