Today top Indian corporates take home fat pay-cheques of over 1 Crore+ a year. That means they can afford to have an extravagant lifestyle, and it all starts with the homes they live in. In September 2015, Kumar Manglam Birla bought a sea facing bungalow in Mumbai for a whopping Rs. 425 Crores, making it the largest real estate deal for a house in Mumbai.
