1 person killed in Paris knife attack, suspect reportedly shot dead by police

One person was killed and several injured in a knife attack in Paris, and the suspected attacker was shot dead by police, Reuters reported on Saturday.

The attack occurred in Paris' Opera district, the BBC reported.

The French government quickly denounced the "odious" attack, according to the Associated Press.
