<keyword id="7730956" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="article-371-of-the-indian-constitution">Article 371 of the Indian Constitution</keyword> is connected to granting special provisions for some states of the Indian Union. As part of XXI and XXII of the Constitution of India, <keyword id="1088013" type="PERSON" weightage="20" keywordseo="Article-371">Article 371</keyword> grants some temporary, transition and special provisions to some states in the country. Ranging from Article 371-A to Article 371-J, this Article gives special provisions for the states of Maharashtra, Gujarat, Nagaland, Assam, Manipur, Andhra Pradesh, Sikkim, Mizoram, Arunachal Pradesh, Goa and Karnataka. The main objectives behind the Article 371 granting special provisions to some states are to meet the unique needs of the backward regions of these states, protect the economic and cultural interests of these regions, combat the local challenges and protect the customary laws in these regions. Article 371 – Provision for Gujarat and Maharashtra This article provides special powers to the governors of Gujarat and Maharashtra to create independent development boards for Vidarbha, Marathwada and the rest of Maharashtra and Saurashtra, Kutch and the rest of Gujarat. It gives room to provide more facilities for employment opportunities, vocational and technical education in the state. Article 371-B – Special provisions for Assam This article empowers the President to include a committee of the elected tribal representatives of the Assam Legislative Assembly for the constitution. Article 371-C – Special provisions for Manipur It provides for creating a committee for the constitution and functions of the legislative assembly with the members elected from the hilly regions of the state. The governor will have the responsibility to secure the powers of this committee and the central government can instruct the state government on the administration of the hilly areas. Article 371-D – Special Provisions for Andhra Pradesh The President can provide equal opportunities for the local populace in public education and employment. The President can ask the state to create an administrative tribunal to solve all the disputes with regard to appointments and promotions to civil posts in the state. Via Article 371-E, a Central University was established in Andhra Pradesh. Article 371–G – Provisions for Mizoram This article says without the consent of the State Legislative Assembly, the Parliament cannot decide on the matters of the religious and social practices of the Mizos, civil and criminal law of the land, land ownership transfer, and customary law procedures. Article 371-H – Special provisions for Arunachal Pradesh This article gives special powers to the Governor of Arunachal Pradesh, on the directions from the President with regard to the law and order in the state. Though the Governor will consult the Council of Ministers, the governor’s decision will be final. Only when the President directs, the special powers of the Governor can cease. Article 371-I – Special provision for Goa As per this article, the State Legislative Assembly of Goa will consist of not less than 30 members. Article 371-J – Special provisions for Karnataka This Article gives room for some special provisions to the Hyderabad-Karnataka region. The President gives special responsibilities to the Governor of Karnataka to create a separate board to develop the Hyderabad-Karnataka regions. Every year, a report regarding the working of this board will be presented before the State Legislative Assembly. Equitable funds must be allotted for developing these regions. There will be reservation of seats for the education and vocational training of the students from this region besides reservation in the jobs with the state government for persons hailing from this region.

The <keyword id="69007" type="ORGANIZATION" weightage="20" keywordseo="World-Economic-Forum">World Economic Forum</keyword> on January 18, 2016, released a report titled ‘Future of Jobs’, which comes under the overarching framework that is part of the ongoing discussions in Davos. 
 
The overarching framework being discussed is the ‘Fourth Industrial Revolution’, which is also the title of a recent book written by Professor Klaus Schwab, the Founder and Executive Chairman of the World Economic Forum. 
 
The Fourth Industrial Revolution is at a fundamental level and a profound technological revolution which ‘has the potential to disrupt not only our work life, but essentially how humans live and relate to one another’, argues Professor Schwab. 
 The revolution is driven by disruptive changes in fields as broad and varied as Artificial Intelligence, robotics, <keyword id="970768" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="internet-of-things">Internet of Things</keyword> (IoT) as well as nanotechnology, biotechnology, quantum computing, and 3D printing, etc. 
 
While it is hard to forecast precisely what the future will be like, it is important to look at some of the implications of this significant technological change. This is where the ‘Future of Jobs’ report becomes relevant. 
 
The basis of the research is a questionnaire survey done by the WEF on 371 companies representing more than 13 million employees across nine broad industry sectors in 15 major developed and emerging economies and regional economic areas. 
 
According to the survey, 44% of the respondents believe that 'Changing work environments and flexible working arrangements' are the major socio-economic and demographic driver of change. This is followed by 23% of the respondents choosing ‘Rise of the middle class in the emerging markets’ as a primary driver of change. 
 
In technological drivers, a majority 34% believe that the 'mobile internet and cloud technology' is a major driver of change followed by 'advances in computing power and Big Data' which is rated by 26% of respondents as a primary driver of change. 
 
An interesting analysis in the report deals with how jobs are going to shift because of the forces of fourth industrial revolution impacting various industries. In some cases, the net effect on employment is positive while in others the net effect is going to be negative. 
 
The net negative industries include “Office and Administrative” sector where an estimated 4.8 million people are going to be adversely impacted over the period 2015-2020. 
 
Similarly, another major loser is the ‘manufacturing and production’ sector where an estimated 1.6 million people are going to be adversely impacted. This is expected as a lot of work in the office space may be automated as well as technologies can make the human intervention in factories even more unnecessary. On the gainers side are industries like ‘Business and Financial Operations’ that can see an addition of half a million people due to these changes. Similarly, ‘management’ industry is another gainer which will see an addition of four hundred thousand jobs in the period 2015-20. 
 
The report overall talks about an interesting framework for defining skills required for succeeding in such a scenario. There are three elements to the structure. The first of these include abilities that include cognitive abilities (like creativity, problem solving, logical reasoning, etc.) and physical abilities (like Physical Strength, Manual Strength, etc.) 
 
The second of these is basic skills that include content skills (focused on active learning, reading, comprehension, etc.) and process skills (like Critical Thinking, Active listening, etc.) Cross-Functional Skills is the third broad category and includes Social Skills, Systems Skills, Complex Problem Solving Skills, Resource Management Skills and Technical Skills. 
 
Also, maximum skills demand is estimated to be for Complex Problem Skills (36%) followed by social skills (19%) and process skills (16%) till 2020. 
 
The report also has a section on country profiles and for India, there are interesting insights. 
 
The top trend like the outcome of global survey is perceived in a similar manner by Indian respondents as 'Changing nature of work' (43%), but this is followed by Climate Change and Natural Resources (40%). Similarly, a large number of respondents (69%) felt that the impact is going to be felt over 2015-17. 
 Also, 60 percent believed that strategies are suitable for dealing with the challenges. These strategies include investing in <keyword id="3216616" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="reskilling">reskilling</keyword> current employees (48%) are supporting mobility and job rotation (48%). 76% also believed that future workforce planning is a leadership priority for India. 
 
Over the next few years, India not only in the formal space but in the informal space will have to rethink industrial development and the challenges that arise. The ministry of skill and entrepreneurship should take cues from the study to understand how forces of the fourth industrial revolution can radically reshape the employment scenario in the country. The aim should be to preempt this before it happens to help people succeed in the dynamic labour market.

Schlosser said he thinks that's not always going to be the case. But it'll take some initial employers to pave the way and convince other companies that it's a feasible way to provide health coverage, he said. "There's just so little logic for employers to be in the insurance markets that they've been in for the last 80 years," Schlosser told Business Insider in an interview on the sidelines of the conference. "That logic's going to eventually unravel."Changing the way Americans get their healthcare isn't an easy task, even as employers are <a href="https://www.businessinsider.com/kff-report-employer-premiums-and-deductibles-are-on-the-rise-2019-9">spending more on health insurance premiums than ever</a>. Companies are reluctant to make big changes to the insurance that they give their workers."I think there's a system in place that employs millions of people, that for millions of people works really well. That's the employer-funded healthcare system." Progyny CEO David Schlanger, whose company works with self-insured employers to provide fertility benefits, told Business Insider.<h2>Oscar expanded significantly for 2020</h2>Oscar sells insurance on the individual exchanges set up by the Affordable Care Act, to small businesses, and to seniors throgh Medicare Advantage plans. The company had 235,371 members as of September 30, slightly more than <a href="https://www.businessinsider.com/oscar-health-q3-results-after-alphabet-google-investment-2018-11">the company had in 2018.</a>In 2020, the company expects to have 400,000 members and make $2 billion in gross premium revenue, Schlosser told investors on Monday. That's in part because of the new markets it's entered in <a href="https://www.businessinsider.com/oscar-health-q3-results-after-alphabet-google-investment-2018-11">in 2020</a>, offering private Medicare Advantage plans to seniors in New York and Houston. The companies plan to identify four markets to enter by the end of 2020. "This will let us go faster to more markets," Schlosser said.He cited issues Oscar's had in the past in the small-employer market, such as challenges building networks of doctors and hospitals. For instance, if an employer based in New York had a few employees who lived in Connecticut, where Oscar doesn't have a network, it couldn't offer the plan to those employeess.Eventually, the plan is to use the relationship with Cigna to offer small business coverage nationally, Schlosser said"I think we can become one of the dominant small group players," he said. The Cigna partnership helps demonstrate that Oscar's tech is modular enough that the company might be able to sell parts of it to different users, Schlosser said."We're still building all this stuff for ourselves," Schlosser said. "The first client is still Oscar."For Cigna, working with Oscar helps the insurance giant sell to small companies with fewer than 50 employees. And interviews with more than a dozen of those lawmakers revealed that the real test for the House Minority Leader will be how he leads the caucus when his party holds the majority again."I think it's good that he gets to start out with the minority," said Rep. Scott Peters of California, who arrived in Congress alongside Jeffries in 2012. "There's less pressure. "He gets the struggle."<h2>An 'unusually gifted listener'</h2>After taking the reins from Pelosi, Jeffries is earning plaudits for his ability to listen closely to his members and foster understanding between Democrats of different stripes."It's the secret of his success," said Torres. "He is an unusually gifted listener."Some saw Pelosi, by contrast, as less accessible to the rank-and-file members and less interested in taking the time to work through disputes — maintaining a "pretty centralized model," according to Peters."There was a formality and a seniority to her office that gave it kind of this vaunted quality," said Rep. Elissa Slotkin, a swing-district lawmaker now running for US Senate in Michigan. "You could ask for a meeting, but you weren't always going to automatically get it within the time that you needed. Hakeem is just much more approachable for a pull-aside on the House floor, for a quick text exchange, for a quick phone call."<div type="image" title="Reps. "She just understood what buttons to push across the ideological spectrum in order to get things done with a very slim majority."Over the last several months, Republicans have held floor votes on bills that have, at times, put Democrats in tough spots, including a resolution denouncing the "horrors" of socialism and nullifying an overhaul of Washington, DC's criminal code.That's forced swing-district Democrats, in particular, to vote for the Republican-proposed bills.But intraparty feuding about those measures has been at a minimum, lawmakers have said, because the new leadership team has done more to foster trust and understanding between members.Spanberger, elected in December as the party's "battleground leadership representative," recalled an instance in the early weeks of the year when Jeffries' leadership team asked her to address the caucus and explain to other House Democrats why some front-line members might be about to vote for a GOP bill. "There were always very different views within the Democratic caucus on people who voted their district," said Slotkin. "Some people understood it but didn't like it — and told you that. Some people never understood it, particularly people who are from deeply blue districts."Spanberger, for her part, said the discussion contributed to an atmosphere of mutual understanding that she felt had been lacking before, allowing members to "generally understand each other or generally be on the same page, even if they don't agree."Jeffries appears to have even applied those same principles toward his chief congressional adversary, House Speaker Kevin McCarthy, including <a href="https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/2023/03/12/kevin-mccarthy-hakeem-jeffries-relationship/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">reportedly texting with his Republican counterpart</a> and holding regular meetings with McCarthy to keep lines of communication open.<h2>'He's going to have to build that trust'</h2>Four years after Jeffries defeated her, Lee — who's now running for California's open US Senate seat — said it's all water under the bridge now. "I think we're the grown-ups in the room," she said.But tensions remain between Jeffries and some of his ultra-progressive colleagues, even as he remains a co-sponsor of Medicare For All and remains a member of the Progressive Caucus. In 2021, he <a href="https://www.theatlantic.com/politics/archive/2021/08/hakeem-jeffries-nancy-pelosi-speaker-house/619695/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">told The Atlantic</a> that there would "never be a moment where I bend the knee to hard-left democratic socialism."That same year, he cofounded "Team Blue PAC," an <a href="https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/congress/house-democrats-launch-pac-protect-incumbents-attacks-within-n1272428" target="_blank" rel="noopener">effort to protect Democratic incumbents</a> from progressive primary challengers. Though the group's <a href="https://www.opensecrets.org/political-action-committees-pacs/team-blue-pac/C00780411/expenditures/2022" target="_blank" rel="noopener">expenditures ended up being minimal</a> by the standards of electoral politics, the mere presence of the PAC and its endorsements <a href="https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/democrats-house-incumbents-challengers/2021/07/13/5dad62a4-e327-11eb-8aa5-5662858b696e_story.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">drew accusations of "bullying" from the insurgent left.</a>"I think there are places where he will have to work hard to build relationships," said Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez <a href="https://www.nytimes.com/2022/11/17/us/politics/pelosi-jeffries-clark-house-democrats.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">told The New York Times</a> there was "a lot of healing that needs to be done in our caucus."When Insider asked in March how she assessed Jeffries' tenure as leader so far, Ocasio-Cortez — who is <a href="https://www.politico.com/story/2018/12/18/ocasio-cortez-hakeem-jeffries-2020-primary-1067107" target="_blank" rel="noopener">said to have once mulled backing a primary challenger</a> to the new leader — declined to speak about it at length."You know, I think it's so early," she said. "I don't think there's been any catastrophes, so we're proceeding in good faith."<h2>'Hard commitments once we're in the majority'</h2>As McCarthy struggled to win the votes to become Speaker of the House in early January, Jeffries managed to hold the votes of all 212 members of his caucus for 15 straight ballots, something several Democrats noted with pride when speaking with Insider. But the Democrats' failure to hold their majority in the House made that feat easier."Hakeem, I've got to warn you," said McCarthy <a href="https://youtu.be/QHoyjS8NcUk?t=90" target="_blank" rel="noopener">after finally winning the gavel</a>. "Two years ago, I got 100% of the vote from my conference."Coming just a handful of seats short in 2022, Democrats are exuding confidence in their ability to win back the majority next year. But progressives openly acknowledge that holding that majority — particularly if it's slim — will bring new challenges. "We haven't had any actual moments that have called for a display of leadership yet," said Rep. Ilhan Omar of Minnesota, the deputy chair of the progressive caucus.<div type="image" title="Rep. Jamaal Bowman said Jeffries is &quot;like a brother&quot; to him. But he also said progressives like him will &quot;absolutely&quot; be making demands when their party retakes the majority." height="1498" width="1998" msid="99912359" hostid="261" sizebytes="206836"></div>"There hasn't been that much contention, because it's sort of opposition to crazy Republican proposals on the floor," said Rep. Ro Khanna of California, a longtime ally of the insurgent progressive wing of his party. "It's a much harder task when you're having to say: what should the agenda of the party be if we're in the majority?"And that agenda, according to progressives, will include certain demands."I don't know what those demands are going to be," said Bowman. "But absolutely, yes."Jayapal, for her part, identified "getting progressive bills on the floor" and "representation on key committees" as key priorities in future negotiations with Jeffries. "The relationship is incredibly important, but so is the action," she said."I mean, the spectrum [of demands] is huge, I think," said Omar. "I can tell you; those conversations are not easy.""I think the question is still: How will we advance our progressive priorities on Medicare For All, free public college, and a Green New Deal?" Khanna added. "Progressives will want hard commitments once we're in the majority."When the day arrives, it will be Jeffries' job to steer a fractious ship — and prevent the intraparty enmity that defined McCarthy's first days in the majority.

Now, TGI Fridays in the UK and the US both have lots of starter options. So what we're gonna do is pick the most popular ones and compare those. First up, we have the mozzarella sticks. An order of these in the UK contains four sticks. Joe Avella: In the US, our TGI Fridays mozzarella sticks come in an order of six. Six sticks. Or you can get the platter, which doubles that. 12 sticks. Harry: We're gonna weigh three UK mozzarella sticks to try and find the average weight. Hey, Harry, is that three sticks? Thought we, ah ... thought that order had four. ["Don't Be Suspicious" plays] Harry: So, three mozzarella sticks in the UK weighed 95 grams. That means that each individual mozzarella stick weighed an average of 31.6 grams. Joe: Yes. So, six sticks is 260 grams. So that's roughly 43-point-repeating-3 grams per stick. Now, pro tip, weigh your <keyword id="6181" type="COMPANY" weightage="100" keywordseo="Food">food</keyword>, then try one. Mm. TGI Fridays is running the mozzarella cheese stick game. They're running the moz stick game. Mm. Harry: The UK does have loaded potato skins, but they're not currently serving them due to the pandemic, as they don't travel very well for delivery. However, we were able to find some in the store. When they are available in the restaurants, they come in serving sizes of six or 12. Joe: Well, we didn't have that problem in the US, or maybe we just don't care. Either way, loaded potato skins are totally available at the US TGI Fridays, and they come in two sizes. You can get them in eight, or you get the platty boy, which is 12. Harry: Chicken wings in the UK come in two portion sizes. As a single portion of three wings, or as a sharing portion, which is six wings. ♪ Chicken wing, chicken wing ♪ Joe: Hey, Harry, when I said to compare the wings between the US and the UK, I meant these wings. Maybe it's cultural differences, or maybe I just read the menu wrong. Anyway! In the US, our wings come in an order of 10, or you can get a platter of either 30 or 50 wings. Hell yeah, dude. I wanna eat every single one of these wings. Harry: If you like your chicken off the bone, you can also get boneless wings at TGI Fridays, in both the UK and the US. Here they come in two portion sizes, as a single, which is 7 ounces, or as a sharing size, which is 14 ounces. Joe: In the US, our TGI Fridays offer boneless wings by ounces. You can get 10 ounces, 40 ounces, or a platter of 80 ounces. Look at this. You have no idea how good this smells. That is so good! How are they so good? Harry: The ribs in the UK come in two sizes, as a half rack, or as a full rack. And both come in either a legendary or a barbecue glaze. Our ribs in the US also come in a half slab or a full slab. We're gonna weigh our large portion to see who out of me or Joe has the biggest rack. [ba-dum tish] So, a large rack of ribs in the UK came to around 366 grams. Joe: Bunch of children over there. "Joe's rack." Grow up! All right, here we go. Zoop! Ooh, this guy's already falling apart. Tender. And a full slab in the US is almost 600 grams. How do you like that? I got the bigger rack. Harry: Most meals in the UK come with a side of <keyword id="177068" type="PERSON" weightage="60" keywordseo="Fries">fries</keyword> by default. So we're gonna weigh a regular portion of fries to see what it comes to. Joe: Yikes, ours is only 120. 120 for a side of fries in the US. Hm.Harry: Here is everything you will only find on the menu at a UK TGI Fridays. And this is everything you can get in the US and not the UK at a TGI Fridays. Harry: Let's start with some appetizers. For example, over here, we have these, which are lightly spiced shrimp. They're just shrimp which are breaded, fried, and, I presume, lightly spiced. It's slightly strange that they've been referred to as shrimp on the menu here, as it's more common in the UK to refer to them as prawn. It seems like TGI Fridays UK have sided with their American overlord, which is disappointing. Then we have two garlic bread options. This is a garlic ciabatta, and then this one is a garlic ciabatta with cheese. Joe: Pot stickers. These things are so good, dude. They're in no way authentic to what a pot sticker should be. But in a category all of its own, those are pretty good. The spinach and artichoke dip. This is, like, classic TGI Fridays, right? You know what we got in the US you don't got in the UK? Wing roulette. So, what that means is you can get, I think, what looks like nine or 10 wings and three different sauces, but you can't tell, maybe you get a really spicy one, maybe you get a mild one, you don't know. Do you wanna play wing roulette with me, Conner? Conner: Sure. Joe: There, you can take it with the paper. But wait until I get mine. Conner: Got it. Joe: OK. All right, buddy. Ready? Conner: Ready. Wing roulette. One, two, three. I think I might've gotten the spicy one. Ooh. Uh-oh. Yeah, I think I got the atomic one. Yeah, dude. That's fun. Isn't that fun? [laughing] It's fun to torture your friends when you're out eating. Harry: We have two exclusive chicken sandwich options. For example, this one, which is the Californian chicken club sandwich. So, we got a signature whiskey-glaze flat iron steak. Bet that's the glaze sauce right there. And then we got the New York strip. The Dragon-Glaze Salmon, you got a shot of this before. You know what I noticed? They have this sizzling chicken and cheese dish. So I'm assuming it goes through the dining room sizzling on the plate. Because, I noticed TGI Fridays does not have fajitas. I'm surprised by that. So if your US TGI Fridays has fajitas, let me know. 'Cause I didn't see them on our menu, and I didn't see them on several other menus. This is the Philly cheesesteak burger. I don't know. Oh, man, this thing's super messy. They got the peppers, the onions, the melted cheese, and what appears to be shredded beef, and all on top of a burger. No, thanks. Harry: We have three sides which it looks like you guys can't get in America. We'll start with these ones from the back, which are the Cajun spiced onion rings. While you guys can get onion rings, I thought it was worth pointing out that these ones are Cajun spiced, and they're only ones available on the UK menu. [onion ring crunching] Next up, we've got corn on the cob, which comes served with butter and what looks to be even more Cajun seasoning. And then, once again, we have what is fast becoming my archnemesis on this show, which is the sweet potato fry. Those of you who've watched episodes before will probably know that I'm not the biggest fan of sweet potato fries for this reason. They go super soggy. They are bland. They are not as good as regular fries. And they cost more. Stop ordering them. Joe: Broccoli and cheddar soup. Yo, that's - oh, man. That's been sitting for a while. That broccoli odor just hit me. Cheddar mac and cheese, a classic side. Harry: Then there's also a kid's menu hot dog, which is smaller in size but also gives you the option to add cheese, which, personally, not convinced is the best move, but you do you. Joe: Something for the kids. Get sliders and fries, mac and cheese. What youngster doesn't like mac and cheese? Come on, now. And pasta, one with the marinara. And it comes with a side of either fries or probably some veggies or fruit, I don't know. Harry: We also have milkshakes at TGI Fridays in the UK. We've got two here, which are the Oreo shake and the chocolate shake. Joe: Fridays is known for their signature drinks, their signature margs. So you can get, at TGI Fridays in the US at least, your margs to go in a single beverage, or 64 fluid ounces of Fridays' margarita. Hell yeah, dude. You know I'm drinking all this tonight. It's a very indulgent-looking chocolate cake with some chocolate icing, and also what looks like a healthy layer of fudge in the middle. Dude, this, I bet, is amazing. And I gotta give it up to TGI Fridays. They were nice enough that each slice of cake comes with a scoop of ice cream. It's been a minute. So imagine a scoop of ice cream with sprinkles in this. Sorry, guys. We don't have a freezer. Harry: Now, usually we'd have a lot more to show you, but because of the pandemic, TGI Fridays in the UK have reduced their operations. So here's what you would normally be able to find on top of what we've already shown you. Avocado hummus, cheesy nachos, a rib eye steak, a Texan steak, garlic chicken, king prawn linguine, teriyaki salmon, fajitas, a Warrior burger with mozzarella sticks in the burger, loaded Warrior fries, loaded Mario fries, rosti potato fries, a s'mores sundae, a cookie dough sundae, a New York cheesecake, fresh fruit and orange sorbet sundae, and then, on the kid's menu, you can get fish fingers, chicken burgers, boneless bites, tomato tubes, chicken wrap, vegan meatball penne, veggie burgers, create your own dessert, Chilly Billy ice lolly, and a fruit cup.Harry: Unfortunately, TGI Fridays in the UK doesn't disclose its nutritional information. We were able to find some of it, but that was through third-party websites and articles. For example, in the UK we found that one mozzarella stick contains 110 calories, 6 grams of fat, 7 grams of carbs, and 4 grams of protein, bringing the total for a side order of mozzarella sticks to 440 calories. Joe: We did get our nutrition information from TGI Fridays, and a US order of mozzarella sticks are 840 calories, 52 grams of fat, 24 of those are saturated fat, 1,400 milligrams of sodium, and 54 grams of carbs. Divide all that by six, and one stick is 140 calories. Harry: While currently the only available potato skins are the ones you can find at a store in the UK, if we could get them in a restaurant, one of them is 210 calories, bringing an order of six to 1,260 calories. Joe: And in the US, an order of loaded potato skins is 1,510 calories. That is 73 grams of fat, 23 grams of saturated fat, 1,950 milligrams of sodium, and 176 grams of carbs. Ahem. That means that just one skin is 188.75 calories. Harry: A standard chicken wing at a UK TGI Fridays is tossed in Frank's RedHot sauce and contains 50 calories, 3.3 grams of fat, 0.6 grams of carbs, and 300 milligrams of sodium, bringing a total of six wings, because who's ordering the three, to 300 calories. I don't even like Frank's RedHot sauce. Why do people ... like, I'm sorry, it's just bad. Way too vinegary. Acidic. I don't want that from a hot sauce. I want heat. Joe: A standard order of wings at TGI Fridays in the US is tossed in Frank's RedHot and is 640 calories, 39 grams of fat, 11 grams of saturated fat, 2,660 milligrams of sodium, 3 grams of carbs. And if you break that down, on average, it is 64 calories per wing. If you decide to get your wings with the whiskey glaze, like I got right here, that brings the total calories up to 830. Now you have 40 grams of fat, 11 grams of saturated fat, 1,300 milligrams of sodium, and 51 grams of carbs. Now, if you're thinking to yourself, "I want more calories!" You're in luck. Just go ahead and get the garlic Parmesan wings. That brings the whole thing up to 960 calories, and 71 grams of fat, 17 grams of saturated fat, 1,650 milligrams of sodium, and 116 grams of carbs. Hate bones, you say? Scared of skeletons? Well, if you get boneless wings instead, you're now getting 770 calories. That's 42 grams of fat, 7 grams of saturated fat, 4,100 milligrams of sodium, and 54 grams of carbs. "But, Joe, I need more calories. I'm on this cleanse in which I only eat calories. What on earth can I get?" you ask. Glad you did. Whiskey glaze. That kicks up your calories to 960, 43 grams of fat, 7 grams of saturated fat, 2,740 milligrams of sodium, 103 carbos. Harry: I haven't talked for a while. Now, there are two ribs currently available in the UK, which is the classic ribs with the legendary glaze made with Jack Daniel's, or the barbecue ribs. I'd love to tell you more, but unfortunately, as I said before, TGI Fridays in the UK does not disclose its nutritional information. On their website, they instead have this cryptic message: You can get their frozen barbecue ribs at Iceland stores in the UK. And, as a result, we know that there are 1,103 calories in a box. Joe: In the US, a half rack of signature whiskey-glaze ribs with coleslaw and fries is 1,100 calories, 51 grams of fat, 15 grams of saturated fat, 2,180 milligrams of sodium, geez with the sodium, guys! And 129 grams of carbs. And if you decide to go with the full rack of ribs, that brings that whole meal up to 1,630 calories. That's 75 grams of fat, 25 grams of saturated fat, 2,940 milligrams of sodium, yo, and 178 grams of carbs. Harry: Now, while most of the meals don't have nutritional information offered, it does say on the website that they offer the nutritional info for the kids' meals. So we're gonna see if that is the case. [chaotic music] [typing] So, it turns out that's a lie and they currently do not have the information, just allergens instead. Due to the limited information available online, and also the reduced menu because of the pandemic, we're not sure 100% what the most calorific menu item is. But we're pretty sure that right now it's this, the whiskey-glazed sesame chicken strips. According to the info we found online, a portion of these contains 1,840 calories, which is 92% of your daily allowance. To burn off the calories in this dish, you'd need to walk for 371 minutes, jog for 157 minutes, or dance for 313 minutes. So, I better get started. Joe: The most calorific thing at a TGI Fridays in the US that's currently available, due to limited menu options, is this, the chicken Parm pasta. Yo! I don't know about this, man. [laughing] I do not know about this. I don't, that's not cheddar cheese, is it? What is that? This chicken Parm pasta has 1,890 calories, 107 grams of fat, 43 grams of saturated fat, 4,130 milligrams of sodium. Correct me if I'm wrong, but that is the most sodium-rific thing we've talked about for this video. Yes? I think so. 4,130 milligrams of sodium, that has to be a record. 154 grams of carbs, 22 grams of sugar, and 74 grams of protein. Now, this, believe it or not, is not the most calorific menu item at a TGI Fridays in the US. That distinguished honor goes to the Chinese chicken wrap. 3,570 calories, 182 grams of fat, 46 grams of saturated fat. This can't be right. 8,220 milligrams of sodium? 365 grams of carbs, and 83 grams of sugar. So that is twice your daily calories and your daily fat. That's three times your daily sodium in just one wrap. That is incredible, TGI Fridays. I salute you. I have to try this chicken.Harry: I have a shocking announcement to make, which is that TGI Fridays in the UK also doesn't disclose its ingredients information.
