Tiger 3 is the third installment of the Tiger franchise and a part of the YRF Spy Universe with the likes of War and Pathaan. The film also stars Katrina Kaif and Emraan Hashmi. Interestingly, it also has cameo appearances of Shah Rukh Khan and Hrithik Roshan. Reportedly, Hrithik Roshan's 'Krrish 3' previously held the record for the highest Diwali day collection by a single movie. The superhero film netted Rs 15 crore on Diwali day, which was the film's third day. 'Tiger 3' has become the biggest opener for Khan after the 2019 film Bharat which earned Rs 42.30 crore. The film is helmed by Maneesh Sharma. Just like it's two previous instalments - Ek Tha Tiger and Tiger Zinda Hai - the film focuses on a new mission involving RA&amp;W agent Tiger (Salman) and ISI agent Zoya (Katrina Kaif). Prior to the film's release, In an interview with Variety, Salman recalled shooting the most challenging aspect of the 'Tiger 3' shoot. He shared, "The bike chasing scene was the toughest - I think! It was a massive block of shoot and it had to be impactful so Maneesh [director Maneesh Sharma] and I discussed this at length and then collectively we all worked towards achieving this," he said during an exclusive conversation with Variety. The actor further shared, "I quite enjoyed shooting for "Leke Prabhu Ka Naam" in Cappadocia. It is a dance track that I personally love. Tiger franchise close to my heart says Salman Khan after Tiger 3's bumper opening

Enviro Infra Engineers, which is involved in the development of turnkey projects of <keyword id="19979438" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="sewage-treatment-plants" source="keywords">sewage treatment plants</keyword> and sewerage systems, on Monday fixed a price band of ₹140-148 per share for its ₹650 crore <keyword id="19913114" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="Initial-Public-Offering" source="keywords">Initial Public Offering</keyword> (IPO). The initial share sale will open for public subscription on November 22 and conclude on November 26. The bidding for anchor investors will open for a day on November 21, the company announced. The city-based company's proposed IPO is a combination of a fresh issue of 3.87 crore equity shares and an Offer For Sale (OFS) component of 52.68 lakh shares by promoters. Currently, promoters hold over 93 per cent stake in Enviro Infra Engineers. At the higher end of the price band, the IPO is valued at ₹650 crore, placing the company's market capitalization at approximately ₹2,600 crore. Proceeds from the fresh issue to the tune of ₹181 crore will be used to meet the working capital requirements, ₹100 crore will be used for payment of debt, ₹30 crore will be infused into the company's subsidiary, EIEL Mathura Infra Engineers, to build 60 million litres per day Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) at Mathura in Uttar Pradesh. Besides, a portion will be used for general corporate purposes. Half of the issue size has been reserved for qualified institutional buyers, 35 per cent for retail investors and the remaining 15 per cent for non-institutional investors. Enviro Infra Engineers is engaged in designing, construction, operation and maintenance of water and wastewater treatment plants and water supply scheme projects for government authorities/bodies. The treatment process installed by the company at most of the STPs is zero liquid discharge-compliant and the treated water can be used for horticulture, washing, refrigeration, and other process industries. Hem Securities is the sole book-running lead manager of the public issue. The equity shares of the company are expected to be listed on the BSE and NSE on November 29. Some videos with the hashtag #lavendermarriage on TikTok have amassed <a target="_blank" class="" href="https://vm.tiktok.com/ZGdeFu9BW/">millions of views</a> on the platform.Robbie Scott, a TikToker and musician with 300,000 followers, recently posted a video asking for "applications for a lavender marriage" because he wanted to live with someone so he could afford mortgage payments, utilities, and taxes."You can mess around with whoever you want, whenever you want, I don't care," he said in the video, which has received <a target="_blank" class="" href="https://vm.tiktok.com/ZGdeYrKj4/">more than five million views</a>. "In fact, I encourage it. Have fun. Live your best life."<h2 id="1c4be94f-a91b-485c-9850-ac0905f2ba7c">A modern-day lavender marriage</h2>Traditionally, a lavender marriage was just that — a legally binding marriage.Edward Reese, a gender and sexuality expert at the LGBTQ+ dating app Taimi, told Business Insider that this can still be true. It can bring benefits such as inheritance rights, childcare, tax breaks, better mortgage rates, and primary care if one of you gets ill."People can do it in case one or both partners don't have family or have gone no contact, and their lavender spouse becomes not only their best friend but a legal family member," he said.But the modern version of a lavender marriage could also simply be a spoken agreement between two people to live their lives like a married couple, without the sex.This is different from having a roommate, Reese added, who can move out of a shared household any minute, whenever they choose."The couple in the lavender marriage is expected to get through all the conflicts, discuss and compromise," he said. "It's a union with commitment, love, and loyalty, and all of these can be not romantic."Christine DeVore, a licensed clinical psychologist who is the director of adult and couples services at Birch Psychology, told BI that a lavender marriage offers a practical solution to some of life's burdens."It's a way to ease financial stress while still being independent," she said.While somewhat tongue-in-cheek, Scott's video on TikTok prompted other Gen Zers to share their thoughts. But they do hint at more serious societal issues.Dating is still big business. DeVore and Roos warned that emotional complexities can arise from such entanglements, and open communication about boundaries and feelings is vital for it to work.For example, the rules of a lavender marriage may be vague, meaning there could be the potential for upset down the line. My loved ones were confused as to why I was going from such a regulated company to one that could go under in an instant. I was offered additional stock alongside annual raises and during particularly exceptional quarters, but I was naive to how stocks work. It was incredibly informal and had hardly any official policies in it.I was told my job would be to help open Tesla's first official dealership in Indiana and build its title and registration processes, among other new policies, from scratch. I was excited and said, "Let's do it."The first year and a half was complete craziness and felt like nonstop grunt work. I worked on a small team of four women, often churning <a target="_blank" href="https://www.businessinsider.com/signs-your-career-taking-over-your-life-how-to-stop-2024-7">12 to 16-hour shifts</a> in the back room of the Indianapolis service center. It felt like none of us knew what we were doing. Some days we were like chickens with our heads cut off, but I've never worked with such a great group of strong women.I remember freaking out when we had 40 cars going out in one day in 2017. That number is laughable by today's standards, but that was a huge win for us. The synergy and excitement we had in 2017 and 2018 were the best I've ever seen and probably will see in my working life.<h2 id="3f7497b1-fb50-4881-afa7-67bcd32dadf5">I worked during big personal moments, like my wedding day</h2>I started <a target="_blank" href="https://www.businessinsider.com/demanding-tech-career-absent-parent-mom-guilt-2024-8">bringing work home with me</a>, taking calls at dinner, and running a short fuse with my soon-to-be husband and 7-year-old daughter.It only spiraled from there. I justified working on my birthday, during my daughter's dance recitals, and even on my wedding day in 2018. I remember I spent most of Christmas week at Tesla in 2018, and my daughter had to FaceTime me on Christmas Day just to see me.There was a demand for the job to get done, and often I was the only one who could do a certain task or make an executive decision. By the end of 2018, customer demand was <a target="_blank" href="https://www.businessinsider.com/tesla-biggest-moments-2018-2018-12#tesla-makes-5000-model-3s-in-one-week-for-the-first-time-26">growing rapidly,</a> and I felt like the message from management was to burn the midnight oil and work even harder to keep up, so I did.<h2 id="96772d0d-02fd-4649-a729-2576760cfa5e">I never cried as much as I did during Q4</h2>The fourth quarter was always the worst and most chaotic time of year. Extreme shareholder expectations alongside<a target="_blank" href="https://www.businessinsider.com/tesla-stock-earnings-report-q4-call-tsla-price-live-updates-2024-1"> Elon's ambitious Q4 goals</a> meant everyone was expected to give Tesla their everything.I remember complaining about my workload. Meanwhile, others were working much more, and some were <a target="_blank" href="https://www.businessinsider.com/tesla-worker-slept-car-work-long-shifts-still-laid-off-2024-5">sleeping in the office</a>. I was so stressed all the time, hiding my tears from coworkers and fighting the urge to quit. Just thinking of Q4 gives me the grossest feeling; it makes me want to go have a beer.Despite the difficulties, my coworkers and I bonded during that time. We were supposed to be with our families but couldn't be, so we built a family among each other. It was a beautiful silver lining in an overall bad situation.<h2 id="94af1da6-d58e-4011-83c8-e160a4ee3a08">The breaking point was when I came back from maternity leave</h2><div type="image" title="Amanda Manley's son in a toy Tesla" height="2268" width="3024" msid="115253240" hostid="261" sizebytes="342688"></div>After my son was born in 2020, I was given a <a target="_blank" href="https://www.businessinsider.com/maternity-leave-around-the-world-2018-5">six-month maternity leave.</a> When I returned, I was immediately hit with the same workload and expectations I'd had previously, but this time I couldn't physically do it while having a baby at home who needed me. I knew something needed to change. My husband worked, too, so we had our son in daycare during normal working hours, but I could no longer justify working late into the night.I also wasn't <a target="_blank" href="https://www.businessinsider.com/what-to-do-when-you-dont-get-along-with-your-boss-2022-10">seeing eye-to-eye with my manager</a>, which pushed me further away from the company. I had never managed anyone before and didn't know if I wanted to commit to six months.But I decided to give it a shot.Six years later, I'm still here working for Yellowstone's Co-Op Employee Recreation Program.<h2 id="5668e448-8652-4bd3-9029-d8406b774f7e">The perks are unbeatable</h2>As a manager, I get free living accommodations, which has been huge. Some days are better than others, but I'm always satisfied because I don't have to grocery shop or spend time cooking.As a manager I work 10-hour days and have a three-day weekend, although I sometimes have to adjust for events. It's been a game changer and I don't think I could ever do a five-day workweek. My salary allows me to live comfortably here and even save a little for traveling in my time off.<h2 id="e495bc4f-8b01-4b9d-ae6a-c76f251038c2">I have a built-in community and social life</h2>Every day, I eat breakfast with everyone in the dining room. It's really fun because the second I wake up, I'm around my friends and community.Each day looks a little different, but our job is to host events for around 5,000 Yellowstone employees. There's almost always programming in the evening, like karaoke, volleyball, movie nights, craft nights, and trivia games. People who met two weeks ago will move in together or leave to go to a different park. I've had a lot of friends who met here and got married and now have Yellowstone babies which is cool.But for some, it's the complete opposite.A lot of people have "Yellowstone flings," where you know when the season ends you'll go your separate ways. I will sometimes meet someone and hang out with them, and then they leave, and I want to stay. I still think it's a great place to meet people because everyone is like-minded. People want to travel, work seasonally, and live this adventurous life. But it's also really hard and usually doesn't work out unless you're both ready to leave.In general, there's turnover every three to six months, and that's just <a target="_blank" class="" href="https://www.businessinsider.com/living-in-vail-colorado-working-ski-resort-2024-3">the nature of seasonal work</a>. So, I have had to say goodbye to one friend group after another. New Delhi, People who sleep for only three to five hours daily may be at a higher risk of developing type 2 diabetes, according to a study. The research, published in the journal <keyword id="20272108" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="jama-network-open" source="keywords">JAMA Network Open</keyword>, also shows that chronic sleep deprivation cannot be compensated by healthy eating alone. "I generally recommend prioritising sleep, although I understand it's not always possible, especially as a parent of four teenagers," said <keyword id="20852361" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="christian-benedict" source="keywords">Christian Benedict</keyword>, Associate Professor at <keyword id="20307239" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="uppsala-university" source="keywords">Uppsala University</keyword> and lead researcher behind the study. The team examined the link between type 2 diabetes and sleep deprivation. Type 2 diabetes affects the body's ability to process sugar (glucose), hindering insulin absorption and resulting in high blood sugar levels. A 2020 study showed that over 462 million people suffer from this disease. Over time, it can cause serious damage, particularly to nerves and blood vessels, and thus represents an escalating public health problem globally. "Previous research has shown that repeated short daily rest increases the risk of type 2 diabetes, while healthy dietary habits such as regularly eating fruit and vegetables can reduce the risk," said <keyword id="20852360" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="diana-noga" source="keywords">Diana Noga</keyword>, a sleep researcher at the Department of Pharmaceutical Biosciences at Uppsala University. "However, it has remained unclear whether people who sleep too little can reduce their risk of developing type 2 diabetes by eating healthily," <keyword id="20852359" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="noga" source="keywords">Noga</keyword> said in a statement. The researchers used data from one of the largest population databases in the world, the UK Biobank, in which nearly half a million participants from the UK have been genetically mapped and responded to questions on health and lifestyle. They followed the participants for over 10 years and found that a sleep duration of between three and five hours was linked to a higher risk of developing type 2 diabetes. In contrast, healthy eating habits led to a lower risk of developing the disease, but even people who ate healthily but slept less than six hours a day were still at higher risk of type 2 diabetes. "Our results are the first to question whether a healthy diet can compensate for lack of sleep in terms of the risk of type 2 diabetes. They should not cause concern, but instead be seen as a reminder that sleep plays an important role in health," Benedict added.
