Bollywood megastar <keyword id="6357912" type="General" weightage="80" keywordseo="amitabh-bachchan" source="Orion">Amitabh Bachchan</keyword> shared an anecdote on how he shot for the song '<keyword id="960025" type="General" weightage="60" keywordseo="saara-zamana" source="Orion">Saara Zamana</keyword>' from his 1981 movie 'Yaarana', and revealed that the lit-costume he wore in the song was his idea.<br /><br />'Yaarana' was a musical drama film directed by Rakesh Kumar, starring Amitabh Bachchan, Amjad Khan, Neetu Singh, Tanuja, and Kader Khan.<br /><br />The song 'Saara Zamana' was sung by Kishore Kumar. In the episode 28 of the quiz-based reality show '<keyword id="17940" type="General" weightage="50" keywordseo="kaun-banega-crorepati" source="Orion">Kaun Banega Crorepati</keyword>' season 15, host Amitabh Bachchan welcomed Jasnil Kumar from Anwak, Uttar Pradesh to the hot seat.<br /><br />Big B said: "I hope that you win a huge amount as prize money and build a good house for your parents." During a conversation, the contestant said: "When I started watching films, I used to watch many of your films. I still remember them. Your best film is 'Yaarana' according to me. It's based on friendship. It's an amazing movie. I loved it."<br /><br />Replying to Jasnil, Amitabh said: "The music was great, and amazing songs. And one of its songs I asked my producer, to try something different. So, a new stadium was built, in Kolkata. Indoor Stadium. Netaji Subhash stadium. He wanted to shoot it there. And I was wondering how that would be possible. How will we fill a vacant stadium?"<br /><br />"I suggested to spread the word that we're going to shoot here. We shot the song there, with that lit costume. That lit costume was also my-idea. I made a big mistake. I asked the person designing it to use bulbs. And it must glow. He said it's possible. So, when he did it, asked him how he managed it. And he said that the wires are bound at places. And the remaining wire will be connected to the plug and it will glow. So, it's a long story," said Big B.<br /><br />"Let me tell you something. All the dance positions that you, see in that song, my hands going here and there. I'm electrically connected. It's because of the plug. I'm electrically connected and the body was randomly moving. That's how it was. The <keyword id="6355014" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="Delhi-High-Court" source="Orion">Delhi High Court</keyword> has directed <keyword id="1275203" type="General" weightage="100" keywordseo="telegram" source="Orion">Telegram</keyword> to disclose, in a sealed cover, the details of the channels and devices used to disseminate alleged copyright infringing content, along with the mobile numbers, IP addresses, and email ids of such users.<br /><br />Rejecting Telegram's argument that it cannot disclose user information as that would violate its privacy policy and the laws of the jurisdiction where its physical servers are located, a bench of <keyword id="14571732" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="justice-prathiba-m-singh" source="Orion">Justice Prathiba M. Singh</keyword>, said even under the provisions of the IT Act, such as under Section 79(3)(b), Telegram has a duty to expeditiously remove or disable access to the unlawful material, without vitiating the evidence in any manner.<br /><br />The court was dealing a suit of plaintiff Neetu Singh and K.D. Campus Pvt. Ltd seeking permanent injunction restraining infringement of copyright, damages and other relief in respect of unauthorised dissemination of the plaintiffs' videos, lecture, books, etc.<br /><br />In the 51-page order dated August 30, the court said <keyword id="3658" type="General" weightage="50" keywordseo="india" source="Orion">India</keyword>n courts would be perfectly justified in directing Telegram, which runs its massive operations in India, to adhere to Indian law and orders passed by them for disclosure of relevant information relating to infringers.<br /><br />It held that merely because of Telegram's argument that it chooses to locate its server in <keyword id="6356662" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="singapore" source="Orion">Singapore</keyword>, the same cannot result remediless against the actual infringers.<br /><br />".. If such an argument is accepted, in the current world where most dissemination happens through online messaging services and platforms, IP violations would go completely unchecked," the order averred.<br /><br />"The provisions of the IT Act and the Rules made therein have to be construed harmoniously with the rights and remedies provided to the copyright owners under the Copyright Act. Indian courts are competent to decide issues relating to infringement of copyright and the mere fact that Telegram is operating a messaging service in India which chooses not to locate its servers in India cannot divest the Indian courts from dealing with copyright disputes or divest copyright owners from availing their remedies in Indian courts.<br /><br />"In the present age of cloud computing and diminishing national boundaries in data storage, conventional concepts of territoriality cannot be strictly applied. The dynamic evolution of law is essential to ensure appropriate remedies in case of violation of copyright and other IP laws," the order read.
