"Reliance has invested over USD 150 billion (12 lakh crore) in creating world-class assets and capacities across India in last just 10 years. Of this, more than one third has been invested in Gujarat alone," he said. He said Reliance will contribute to making Gujarat a global leader in green growth. "We will help Gujarat's target to meet half of its energy needs through renewables by 2030." Reliance started building the Dhirubhai Ambani Green Energy Giga Complex over 5,000 acres in Jamnagar. This will generate a large number of green jobs and enable production of green products and materials that will make Gujarat the leading exporter of such goods and the company is ready to roll this out in the second half of 2024 itself, he said. On an average, they consume 280 GB per month which is 10 times more than per capita mobile consumption. Its fiber is spread across 1.5 million kilometers across the country. “We are in a league of our own and far ahead of competitors,” said Ambani. Jio Platforms have around 450 million mobile subscribers. Each of these subscribers, on an average, consume around 28 GB per day. The company has also rolled out 5G services across 96% of census towns and will finish rolling out the service across the entire country by December. Five dimensions of growth Ambani identified five segments ahead for Jio. The consumer segment will be powered by Jio 5G and Jio Bharat, an affordable 4G phone. Apart from the home segment that will be turbocharged by Jio AirFiber. It also identified the business segment, wherein it will offer enterprise services that will go beyond connectivity to offer a full spectrum of digital services to businesses with managed services and more. Jio Platforms’ opportunity for global expansion with its Made in India tech stack which give wings to more innovation. “Collectively, these frontiers provide Jio an opportunity for multi-fold revenue and EBITDA growth in the coming years,” said Ambani. The dishes laid out were from high-end restaurants from all corners of the world and served buffet-style. "That was amazing."The friend said another jaw-dropping moment from Saturday was when India's Prime Minister, <a target="_blank" class="" href="https://www.businessinsider.com/narendra-modi-posters-line-street-anant-ambani-wedding-lavish-2024-7">Narendra Modi</a>, arrived."He gave them his blessing," she said, adding that the change in the "aura" of the room was palpable."To be in the same room as the Prime Minister was honestly something else," she said.<h2 id="1202e91e-7993-45eb-b077-fc189e769e1a">The parties featured some 'top tier' performances</h2>The main wedding took place at Mumbai's Jio World Convention Center on Friday. The Airtel Xstream AirFiber was launched with a price tag of INR 2,500 and a 6-month plan for INR 4,435. Going by this, we expect the company’s offering to be priced competitively. Jio is expected to launch the Jio AirFiber at its upcoming annual general meeting (AGM), where it has made huge announcements in the past, including the launch of its 4G and 5G services. “We should hear the announcement during the upcoming AGM (annual general meeting Traditionally, Jio has launched new products with big bang offers and this may be no different,” said a person familiar with the matter. Like its past offerings, the new product is expected to be launched with offers. To recall, the company had offered free 4G services for a few months before its commercial rollout. Jio has reportedly already started testing the device in some cities where its 5G services are fully functional. The devices have reportedly been sent to selected users, including some of the company’s employees for testing. The Jio AirFiber will use different 5G airwaves acquired by the company – 700 MHz, 3300 MHz, and 26GHz. The resolution professional of the company has provisionally admitted claims of Rs 2,117.03 crore and claims worth Rs 38.5 crore are "under verification", said the latest data shared by Future Lifestyle Fashions Ltd (<keyword id="1567510" type="General" weightage="80" keywordseo="flfl" source="Orion">FLFL</keyword>) on the exchanges. As per the provision of the Insolvency &amp; Bankruptcy Code, a Committee of Creditors (CoC) of FLFL has been formed and it will have its first meeting next week. "We wish to inform you that the first meeting of CoC of Future Lifestyle Fashions Limited (under CIRP) will be held on Tuesday, June 6, 2023," it said. On May 4, the Mumbai bench of the National Company Law Tribunal(NCLT) had directed to initiate CIRP against FLFL, admitting a petition from Bank of India. This is the third company of the <keyword id="6361562" type="General" weightage="50" keywordseo="kishore" source="Orion">Kishore</keyword> Biyani-led Future Group to be dragged into CIRP by its creditors for defaulting on loans. Its flagship firm <keyword id="1636009" type="General" weightage="50" keywordseo="future-retail-ltd" source="Orion">Future Retail Ltd</keyword> and logistics and infra arm Future Enterprises are already facing insolvency proceedings. FLFL was considering asset monetisation to pare its debts, however, it did not materialise. It had entered into a One Time Restructuring (OTR) Plan with lenders also. The company has in-house retail chains Central and Brand Factory, exclusive brand outlets (EBOs) and other multi-brand outlets (MBOs) of nearly a dozen apparel labels, including Lee Copper, Champion, aLL, Indigo Nation, Giovani, John Miller, Scullers, Converse and Urbana in its portfolio. According to the regulatory filing, State Bank of India leads the CoC of FLFL with 22.51 per cent voting share. It had an admitted loan of Rs 476.59 crore. It is followed by Centbank Financial Services Ltd, a debenture trustee, having 21.01 per cent voting share with admitted claims of Rs 444.76 crore. The petitioner Bank of India has a 19.71 per cent voting share with admitted claims of Rs 417.33 crore and Bank of Baroda has a 14.02 per cent voting share with an admission of Rs 296.79 crore of claims. FLFL was part of the 19 group companies operating in retail, wholesale, logistics and warehousing segments, which were supposed to be transferred to <keyword id="58448" type="General" weightage="50" keywordseo="reliance-retail" source="Orion">Reliance Retail</keyword> as part of a Rs 24,713-crore deal announced in August 2020. The deal was called off by billionaire Mukesh Ambani-led Reliance Industries Ltd in April. After that, Future Group companies had several defaults on payments.
