Mr. Loiseau guided me into the experience by telling stories entailing the journey of the bottle and his own life which revolves around carrying tradition over centuries. It is listed as: "The galaxy's rarest and valuable cocktail," <a href="https://twitter.com/Attractions/status/1542221348449181697">according to images shared online.</a></p><p>The drink appears under the "hyperfuel" section of the menu and, unlike the rest of the drinks, no ingredients for the cocktail are included.</p><p>The ingredients were not available at the time of publication but fans have been speculating online and on social media that the drink contains everything from <a href="https://www.fanbyte.com/features/star-wars-bar-five-thousand-dollar-drink/">Remy Martin Louis XIII cognac</a>, which costs $4,000 per bottle, to <a href="https://twitter.com/TheDBCPod/status/1542262737354498049">"force powers."</a> </p><p>Disney did not immediately respond to Insider's request for comment on the price of the cocktail.</p><p>The drink is served from a droid-inspired case equipped with self-lowering doors and accompanied by a smoke machine, according to the <a href="https://twitter.com/AshleyLCarter1/status/1542260745093750789">video posted on social media.</a></p><p><a href="https://disneycruise.disney.go.com/why-cruise-disney/wish/">The Disney Wish website</a> lists the bar as "offering interactive tasting experiences and signature beverages inspired by the hit films." By that, he means that Cognac must be made in the Cognac region of France, while brandy can be made anywhere in the world.</p><p>Other big producers of Cognac include Martell, Courvoisier, and Hennessey.</p><p>"The pyramid goes brandy, Cognac, then Cognac Fine Champagne," he went on. "The word Champagne is used in the Cognac world because it comes from the latin 'campania,' which means rolling, chaly hills. The soil structure in the Champagne region is very similar to the Cognac region."</p><p>He added that there are six growing regions within Cognac, with the "Premier Cru" (or best group of vineyards) sitauted right at the centre - Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne.</p><p>Rémy Martin only uses grapes from these two most central parts.</p><p>"Because we only focus on the two most central parts we're allowed to call ourselves 'Fine Champagne.'"</p><h2>It's made from grapes</h2><p>"A lot of people don't realise that it comes from grapes, they associate it with a rum or whiskey or something like that," Charlton said. "It starts with grapes. We make a white wine, distill it, then age it in a very specific way."</p><p>He added: "Our founder was a wine grower - we're one of the only large houses that was actually founded in the Cognac region by a french wine grower."</p><h2>It's one of the oldest spirits in the world</h2><p>Rémy Martin has been around for close to 300 years, according to Charlton.</p><p>"It's a very noble spirit," he said. "In 1728 it was given the royal accord - the seal of the French royal family. I think this is something that spurned on the global demand for it."</p><p>He added that it became a symbol of "making it in life" in China, where you would give someone a bottle of Cognac when you visited their house.</p><p>"There are brands coming out now that would kill for this story, it's almost like a love story," he said. "We pre-date America, we've been through two World Wars, the French Revolution, we've got a royal stamp - they're not around any more."</p><h2>You can drink it in cocktails...</h2><p><em><div class="KonaFilter image-container display-table"><div><div class="image on-image"><p class="source"><span>Remy Martin</span></p><p class="caption">Sidecar.</p></div><p></p></div></div></em></p><p>"Cognac is having a bit of a revival at the moment, mainly down to the craft cocktail movement," Charlton said.</p><p>He said that if you look at original cocktail recipes, a large percentage were made with Cognac.</p><p>One of the most famous is the Sidecar, pictured above. "1919 is the first time you'll see it written down [in history], in Harry MacElhone's ABC of Mixing Cocktails," he said. "It was made super famous at The Ritz in Paris, then The Savoy in London."</p><p>He called it a "simple drink" which goes "back to basics."</p><p>"It has three ingredients - Cognac, Cointreau, and fresh lemon juice. It follows the 2-1-1 rule of two strong, one sweet, one sour, which was the basis for most other cocktails - margaritas, daquiris, cosmopolitans."</p><p>Manhattans, Classic Champagne cocktails, and Old Fashioned also work well with Cognac, according to Charlton.</p><p>However, he said that "the further you go up the portfolio," you don't want to dilute the spirit too much.</p><p>"The entry level VSOP is fantastic for cocktails and long drinks," he said. Meanwhile, he said he would never make a Sidecar with the higher-end Rémy Martin XO. "It's OK to mix it on cocktails, but don't bruise the spirit," he said.</p><p>"For me, I love to drink it neat, but each unto their own. You get purists with any spirit who say 'you have to drink it this way,' but you can't rest on that any more, you're going to alienate people."</p><h2>… But you should try it neat first</h2><p>Still, he says he always advises people to taste their Cognac neat first so they "can really understand the delicate intricacies of the spirit itself."</p><p>For XO, which goes for £100 to £150 a bottle and is aged for 10 to 30 years, he suggests neat consumption on the rocks.</p><p>And it goes without saying that Louis XIII - which Charlton calls "a century in a bottle" and <a href="http://www.selfridges.com/GB/en/cat/remy-martin-louis-xiii-1500ml_414-87024675-100496/?previewSize=1500ml&amp;cm_mmc=PLA-_-Google-_-FOODHALL-_-REMYMARTIN&amp;$$&amp;_$ja=tsid:35948%7ccid:198861574%7cagid:10883835454%7ctid:pla-369472070158%7ccrid:40389528094%7cnw:g%7crnd:14061376763195837209%7cdvc:c%7cadp:1o2%7cmt:%7cloc:9045888&amp;gclid=EAIaIQobChMIsv3urZrM3QIVUPlRCh1AvwU8EAQYAiABEgLp_fD_BwE&amp;gclsrc=aw.ds&amp;dclid=CLzjsbeazN0CFQN00wodjbgIjQ" target="_blank" rel="noopener">sells for as much as £6,500</a> - is probably best neat rather than mixed into a cocktail.</p><p><div class="KonaFilter image-container display-table"><div><div class="image on-image"><p class="source"><span>Remy Martin</span></p><p class="caption">Rémy Martin 1738.</p></div><p></p></div></div></p><h2>Ice can enhance it</h2><p>Adding ice to Cognac - particularly Rémy Martin XO - enhances the flavoures and aromas, according to Charlton.</p><p>"It makes it thicker because the temperature drops a bit," he said.</p><p>"If you're not into neat spirits it can also make it more palatable. You can even turn it into an aperitif-style drink in the summer."</p><h2>You can pair it with food</h2><p>"Classically people think of it as an after dinner drink or maybe with a dessert," Charlton said. However, he added that it's actually "delicious" with food like parmesan and dark chocolate.</p><p>"We do these amazing events called XO Reveal, based around complexities of the spirit. It's like a feast with different items - a block of parmesan, coffee beans, a table with a pile of apples and lemon peels - to help people break it down."</p><p>The brand has also just launched a year-long residency at Claude Bossi at Bibendum in Chelsea, London, which will become "the home of Rémy Martin" and feature food pairing and masterclasses from both teams.</p><p>"Cognac has always had that air of luxury and history," Charlton said. <p><div class="KonaFilter image-container display-table"><div><div class="image on-image"><p class="source"><span>The Last Drop Distillers</span></p><p class="caption">Beanie Espey (L) with her father James Espey (C) and Rebecca Jago (R).</p></div><p></p></div></div></p><ul><li><strong>Rebecca Jago and Beanie Espey might have the coolest job in the world - they're rare spirit hunters.</strong></li><li><strong>Their company, <a href="http://www.lastdropdistillers.com/">The Last Drop Distillers</a>, sells bottles of rare spirits for thousands to high-profile clients and collectors.</strong></li><li><strong>Business Insider spoke to Jago about how she finds rare liquor and the business she's built around it.</strong></li></ul><p><br />Rebecca Jago was seven years old when her father, Tom Jago, created the first sample of Bailey's Irish Cream in their family kitchen.</p><p>"We knew that our father worked in a beautiful building and did something quite mysterious," Jago says.</p><p>But it was without the help of consultants and scientists that Jago senior mixed whisky, cream and chocolate Nesquik in a liquidiser to produce what has become a world-famous liqueur. </p><p>"I remember his excitement vividly: he really felt he was on the verge of something groundbreaking.</p><p><span>"Even now, I never fail to feel a small thrill of pride and excitement when I say 'my father invented Bailey'</span><span>s Irish Cream'."</span></p><p>Rebecca Jago and Beanie Espey are businesswomen with a heritage of drinks industry royalty.</p><p><div class="KonaFilter image-container display-table"><div><div class="image on-image"><p class="source"><span>The Last Drop Distillers</span></p><p class="caption">Rebecca Jago (L), Tom Jago (2nd L), Beanie Espey (2nd R) and James Espey (R).</p></div><p></p></div></div></p><p>Jago's father also launched Malibu rum, and Espey's father, James Espey, developed Johnnie Walker Blue Label and Chivas Regal 18-year-old whiskey.</p><p>When the fathers decided to hand down their own small drinks business to their daughters, it was an opportunity they couldn't refuse.</p><p>"We both love what we do but we also love that we're doing it with and for the men that had the original idea," says Jago.</p><p>The company, The Last Drop Distillers, aims "to find, and bottle, for the delectation of friends and connoisseurs alike, the world's finest, rarest and most exclusive spirits," according to <a href="http://www.lastdropdistillers.com/about-1/">their website</a>.</p><p>The job of finding such spirits falls to Jago and Espey - who may just have the best occupations in the world.</p><p>One week they might be cruising through the winding lanes of rural Cognac on the way to an indiscriminate barn filled to the rafters with casks and demijohns of aged brandy. The next they'll be scouring the Douro Valley for a port so old that time (almost) forgot about it.</p><p><div class="KonaFilter image-container display-table"><div><div class="image on-image"><p class="source"><span>Last Drop Distillery</span></p><p class="caption">Beanie Espey (L) and Rebecca Jago (R), Joint Managing Directors of The Last Drop Distillers.</p></div><p></p></div></div></p><p>Rare spirit hunters can't just Google for priceless bottles - rumours reach them through their vast network of contacts, built up over two generations.</p><p>"Initially, they [Tom Jago and James Espey] had to hunt quite hard because nobody knew who they were or what they were doing," Jago says.</p><p>"But the more we go on, the more people are aware of what we're doing and the more we get tip-offs or someone will phone and say there's a cask here of something fabulous and I think it might suit The Last Drop."</p><p>The company likes to keep its offering exclusive, so only introduces new spirits to market one at a time, at a rate of little more than one per year.</p><p>Their next release came about simply as a product of lunch with one of Jago's esteemed contacts, who put her in touch with a man who claimed to have two casks of an extraordinary cognac from 1975.</p><p>So convinced was the owner of his beverage's quality that he served Jago a sample next to Remy Martin's Louis XIII - a bottle of which currently retails at <a href="http://www.selfridges.com/GB/en/cat/remy-martin-louis-xiii-700ml_414-87024675-RMLOUISXIII/?cm_mmc=PLA-_-Google-_-FOODHALL-_-REMYMARTIN&amp;$$&amp;_$ja=tsid:35948%7ccid:198861574%7cagid:10883835454%7ctid:pla-369472070158%7ccrid:40389528094%7cnw:g%7crnd:16284901844519381344%7cdvc:c%7cadp:1o3%7cmt:%7cloc:9072495&amp;gclid=EAIaIQobChMI2euL557T2wIVCc0bCh0oEQhMEAQYAyABEgJXi_D_BwE&amp;gclsrc=aw.ds">£2,200</a> ($2,930).</p><p>"He was certain that it was more than good enough - and it was absolutely the best cognac I've ever tasted, so that was a sort of a no-brainer."</p><p><div class="KonaFilter image-container display-table"><div><div class="image on-image"><p class="source"><span><a href="http://www.shutterstock.com/pic-312344435/stock-photo-vineyard-hills-in-the-river-douro-valley-portugal.html?src=-jUYa1z9MXiKudN2zTMayQ-1-4">Shutterstock/Sergey Peterman</a></span></p><p class="caption">The Douro Valley in Portugal.</p></div><p></p></div></div></p><p>Journeys to find extraordinary spirits don't always work out so well, though.</p><p>Jago recalls being back in Cognac with her father a couple of years ago for what sounded like an excellent opportunity: "We'd been told about a man who had this barn full of amazing cognac dating back to 1906 and beyond."</p><p>"Off we went on this beautiful day and drove with the owner down these lovely lanes in the middle of Cognac and we were really excited. And we got there and there's this barn full of casks and they're all labelled and you're thinking 'this is an amazing treasure trove'. We tasted some of it and thought 'wow this is incredible'."</p><p>But Jago has learnt never to make rash decisions based on one tasting alone - so they took the cognac back to London for the whole team to taste.</p><p>"In the cold light of day, sat in the office in Putney - they were horrible! Which just goes to show how influenced we all are by situations."</p><p>The Last Drop chooses to bottle less than five percent of what they taste. This level of scrutiny is imperative, Jago says, to maintain the reputation of the brand.</p><p>"We are so governed by our reputation that if we were ever to release anything that was below par: that's it. We don't have a 12-year-old mainstream release that keeps the coffers full, this is all we do. So, we have to be completely convinced that we've got a treasure before we bottle it."</p><p>Naturally, this level of rarity and quality comes at a price. "The prices we charge are fair for what we're selling and the reason it's expensive is because of the incredibly rigorous process we go through to select what we bottle... and because they're completely irreplaceable. Everything that we bottle is finite and limited."</p><p>"It's got to be old and rare and fresh and delicious - it's got to be all those things."</p><p>So what do people do with their limited edition liquor once they've parted with a significant sum of cash? According to Jago, some people like to collect the releases and store them away - but they'd rather they just drank it.</p><p>"We do not sell The Last Drop as an investment, we sell it as a wonderful experience and an irreplaceable experience.
