"But unlike a traditional savings account, these rewards are controlled by a company that can unilaterally change their value. Our goal is to ensure consumers are getting the value that was promised to them, which means validating that these programs are transparent and fair."The DOT said airlines reserve the right to change their programs' terms whenever they wish, meaning they could move the goalposts and add new hurdles for customers at any time, like new restrictions on points, limits on who can use the points, changing expiration dates, and wiping out complimentary benefits.As part of the inquiry, the DOT has ordered the four airlines to cough up a lot of documentation. The police had arrested the accused on August 17. As per the complaint, he abused two kindergarten girls in the toilet of the school, the police have said. A massive protest broke out on Tuesday after parents of the school children and local citizens blocked railway tracks at <keyword id="19972824" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="Badlapur" source="keywords">Badlapur</keyword> station and ransacked a local school building to protest against the incident and to demand strict punishment for the accused. The complaint said the serial number on the gun had been partially damaged. Authorities on Sunday said the bags contained ceramic tile and that officials also found a GoPro camera at the scene. Routh was held Sunday and appeared in court on Monday, where he was charged with possession of a firearm by a prohibited person and possession of a firearm with an obliterated serial number, both felony charges. Neither charge makes mention of an assassination attempt, though further charges may be pending.
