Eighteen <keyword id="947669" type="General" weightage="80" keywordseo="munna-bhais" source="Orion">Munna Bhais</keyword> have been caught and sent to jail in Ghazipur and 15 from Ballia." Five solvers have been nabbed in Agra and four each from Prayagraj and Azamgarh. Three impersonators each have been arrested from Pratapgrah and <keyword id="43253" type="General" weightage="80" keywordseo="gorakhpur" source="Orion">Gorakhpur</keyword>, two each from Jaunpur and Bhadohi. One each has been arrested from Firozabad, Mathura, Kasganj, Basti, Kushinagar, Ayodhya, Bulandshahr, Rampur and Balrampur. "The Board is updating and changing its strategy daily to conduct the exam in a fair manner," he said. The secretary said Friday (February 24) is an important day when English paper of class 12 would be held in the second shift in which over 23.5 lakh candidates will appear. In such a situation, the Board is working on a new strategy. Officers of the education department have been asked to conduct surprise inspections of the centres a day before the exam. Strongrooms will be checked and Board will keep an eye through CCTV camera. The <keyword id="14666" type="ORGANIZATION" weightage="20" keywordseo="BJP">BJP</keyword> candidate Ravi Kishan easily wins the constituency, securing more than 60% of the votes. His closest rival, Rambual Nishad from the SP, won 35% of the votes. Fielding a Bhojpuri actor, Ravi Kishan who is largely an outsider, was in line with the BJP’s strategy of fielding celebrities and big name candidates in crucial constituencies, like Gautam Gambhir in East Delhi for example. Kishan, who is often referred to as the “‘Amitabh Bachchan of the East” had rebuked the outsider tag, claiming that he would live in <keyword id="43253" type="CITY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Gorakhpur">Gorakhpur</keyword> after elections. The loss represented the BJP’s first loss of the seat in 27 years. In fact, Kishan was largely subsumed by Adityanath when it came to campaigning in the constituency. This was more a referendum on the rule of Adityanath, who reportedly handled the main address in several rallies while Kishan looked on. Facing a decline in its earnings, the <keyword id="6360676" type="CITY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Railways">Railways</keyword> is likely to introduce the dynamic fare system in <keyword id="3260042" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="Humsafar-Express">Humsafar Express</keyword> trains, a special class service comprising only AC-3 coaches with many added facilities, to perk up revenue, according to a news agency report. 
 Equipped with coffee/tea/soup vending machine, hot and refrigerated pantry and other facilities in each cabin, the first <keyword id="6399786" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Humsafar">Humsafar</keyword> <keyword id="6413405" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="express">Express</keyword> is slated to be launched between New Delhi and <keyword id="43253" type="CITY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Gorakhpur">Gorakhpur</keyword> early next month. 
 
The train was scheduled to be flagged off this month, but it was delayed owing to various reasons, including the recent train accident in Kanpur. 
 "Manufacturing cost of these coaches with modern facilities is high...so there has to be special fares for these services which will be higher than that of regular trains," a senior <keyword id="54441" type="ORGANIZATION" weightage="20" keywordseo="Railway-ministry">Railway Ministry</keyword> official said. 
 Railway Minister <keyword id="6356597" type="PERSON" weightage="20" keywordseo="Suresh-Prabhu">Suresh Prabhu</keyword> had announced during the presentation of <keyword id="4183143" type="ORGANIZATION" weightage="20" keywordseo="Rail-Budget">Rail Budget</keyword> 2016-17 that there will be seven Humsafar Express trains for inter-city overnight journey, with many additional facilities which are otherwise not available in normal AC-3 coaches. 
 
"The modalities of fare structure are being finalised. We examined several options to fix the fare considering the high expenditure incurred on it. One option was to fix the fare at 20 to 30 per cent higher than the regular AC-3 fares. The other was dynamic pricing," he said. 
 
"For Humsafar, the pricing will be dynamic as there will be provision for lower fare in case of vacant berths at the time of preparation of reservation chart," he said. 
 
In dynamic pricing, the fare goes up with demand and comes down if there is lack of demand. 
 
"We are working out details to have a cap on maximum fare and also for a minimum base fare," he added. 
 
CCTV, GPS-based passenger information system, fire and smoke detection and suppression system, mobile and laptop charging points with every berth are some of the features on Humsafar trains. 
 Besides, Humsafar will have improved aesthetics with new interior and exterior colour scheme presenting a futuristic look with the use of vinyl sheets similar to <keyword id="55491" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Maharaja-Express">Maharaja Express</keyword> coaches. It will also have integrated braille displays. 
 
Indian Railways has introduced dynamic surge fares on Rajdhani, Shatabdi and Duronto trains from September 9 which has resulted in additional earnings of more than Rs 50 crore till October this year. 
 
The Railways' earnings by the end of September have declined by Rs 3,208.51 crore as compared to September last year. The Railways earned Rs 79,475.42 crore up to September 2016 as against Rs 76,268.91 crore for the corresponding period last year, a decline of 4.04 per cent.

"Zonal railways are being evaluated as per relative performance on each indicator by comparing the targets fixed for each one after much deliberation," a senior official told ET. 
 
Zonal and divisional units were asked for targets for the year. Now, each general manager, DRM and departmental heads are being evaluated against his/her own targets.
