The board of <keyword id="6359783" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="bajaj-auto" source="Orion">Bajaj Auto</keyword> Ltd on Monday approved the proposal for buyback of fully-paid equity <keyword id="30335" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="shares" source="Orion">shares</keyword> from non-promoter shareholders and persons in control of the company from the <keyword id="258776" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="open-market" source="Orion">open market</keyword> for a price not exceeding Rs 4,600 per share. In a regulatory filing, <keyword id="6358511" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="bajaj" source="Orion">Bajaj</keyword> Auto said that its board has approved the buyback of equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each for a price not exceeding Rs 4,600 per share and the aggregate amount not to exceed Rs 2,500 crore. The share buyback represents 9.61 per cent and 8.71 per cent of the aggregate of the total paid-up share capital and free reserves (including securities premium account), Bajaj Auto said. A Buyback Committee has been formed to carry out the task. It sells blood pressure monitors, pulse oximeters, thermometers, nebulisers, and self-monitoring glucose devices under the brand name Dr Trust. The IPO was subscribed 40 times and generated bids for 5.59 crore equity shares against an offer size of 14.01 lakh shares. The retail investors' portion received an overwhelming response and was subscribed 166 times. The portion for qualified institutional buyers was subscribed 3.1 times. However, after this stellar response that Nureca IPO has garnered, one thing is certain — not all investors will get the same amount of shares that they had subscribed for. Nureca’s asset-light business model was successful in attracting investment experts. Nureca IPO: Here’s how to check share allotment status

A resolution through a postal ballot notice has been passed with requisite majority, the company said in a late night stock exchange filing on Wednesday. According to the postal ballot notice, the company will raise up to Rs 1,524.60 crore by preferential issue of up to 46.20 crore <keyword id="20035340" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="equity-shares" source="keywords">equity shares</keyword> and/or warrants convertible into equivalent number of equity shares at a price of Rs 33 per apiece. On September 23, the board of Reliance Power Ltd had approved raising Rs 1,524.60 crore through issue of preferential shares, wherein promoters will infuse Rs 600 crore into the company to advance its business. <div type="Article" hostid="261" msid="79183505" title="Happy Dhanteras 2024 messages and wishes" mstype="2" mssubtype="0"></div> Reliance Infrastructure, the promoter of the company, will enhance its equity stake by over Rs 600 crore. The fresh fund would be utilised for expansion of business operations directly and/or through investment in subsidiaries and joint ventures, debt reduction and for general corporate purposes, the company said. The preferential issue will enhance the company's net worth from about Rs 11,155 crore to over Rs 12,680 crore, it said. Reliance Power gets shareholders' nod to raise ₹1,525 crore via preferential shares

New Delhi [India], July 19 (ANI): <keyword id="19899016" type="General" weightage="100" keywordseo="Vodafone-Idea" source="keywords" meta.keywordsubtype="org" meta.entityname="Vodafone Idea" meta.hostid="261" meta.entityid="Vodafone Idea">Vodafone Idea</keyword> approved the allotment of more than <keyword id="22467816" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="40-crore-shares" source="Orion">40 crore shares</keyword> on a preferential basis to <keyword id="6354716" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="Nokia" source="Orion">Nokia</keyword> Solutions and Networks India and to <keyword id="330957" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="Ericsson-India" source="Orion">Ericsson India</keyword>, the company informed the exchange in a filing. The company stated that this preferential allotment is in accordance with SEBI's regulations which totals around <keyword id="22467815" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="Rs-615-crore" source="keywords">Rs 615 crore</keyword> and represents a strategic move to enhance the company's capital base. According to the statement by the company, the breakdown includes around 25 crore <keyword id="20035340" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="equity-shares" source="keywords">equity shares</keyword> to Nokia Solutions and Networks India Pvt. and over 15 crore equity shares to Ericsson India Pvt. The issue price per equity share was set at Rs. 14.80, including a premium of Rs. 4.80 per share at a face value of Rs 10 per share. "The Capital Raising Committee of the Board ("Capital Raising Committee") has, at its meeting, approved the second tranche of allotment of 41,52,02,701 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each at an issue price of Rs. 14.80 per equity share (including a premium of Rs. 4.80 per equity share), to Nokia Solutions and Networks India Private Limited (25,67,56,756 Equity Shares) and Ericsson India Private Limited (15,84,45,945 Equity Shares), aggregating to Rs. 614.5 crores, on a preferential basis" said the company. Recently, Vodafone Idea (<keyword id="634808" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="VIL" source="Orion">VIL</keyword>) added 0.8 million mobile broadband (MBB) subscribers in May, but the company continued to see declines in both overall and active subscriber bases, losing 0.9 million and 1.7 million subscribers, respectively. The shares of Vodafone Idea closed at Rs 16.32 after a decline of more than 2 per cent on Thursday.

New Delhi, Mar 5 () Mauritius-based Dome Trade and Investment has said it will acquire 2.75 per cent equity of Adani Enterprises from Universal Trade and Investments Ltd (Universal). Universal, also a Mauritius-based company and a part of the promotor group of Adani Enterprises, holds 3.02 crore equity shares of Adani Enterprises. Dome in a regulatory filing to the bourses said the indirect acquisition of 3.02 crore shares of Adani Enterprises or 2.75 per cent stake will be done through Acropolis Trade and Investments Ltd (Acropolis) which holds 100 per cent shares of Universal. "Acquirer shall indirectly acquire 3,02,49,700 equity shares held by Universal in target company," the regulatory filing said. Dome is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Acropolis, the filing said adding, Dome in turn has a wholly owned subsidiary in Mauritius viz. Fervent Trade and Investment Ltd (Fervent). The statement said that under the regulations, Dome has been regarded as acquirer and Acropolis has been treated as transferor. NAM MRMR

New Delhi, Mar 19 () Coal India Ltd (CIL) on Thursday said its board has approved converting Rs 2,539 crore-worth redeemable preference shares held in its arm Bharat Coking Coal Ltd (BCCL) into equity shares. Pursuant to the conversion, the state-owned coal miner would get a total dividend of Rs 888.65 crore over a two-year period. The approval was given by Coal India Ltd's board of directors during its meeting on Wednesday, according to a filing to the BSE. The board has approved "conversion of Rs 2,539 crore of 50 per cent cumulative, redeemable preference shares into equity shares by BCCL... as per its Memorandum and Articles of Association," it said. According to the filing, an amount of Rs 888.65 crore as dividend on preference shares at 5 per cent from the date of issue to the date of conversion into equity shares should be paid by BCCL in two years. BCCL is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Coal India. Coal India accounts for over 80 per cent of domestic coal output. SID RAM HRS

New Delhi, Feb 27 () IT services major Infosys on Thursday said it has allotted 2.23 lakh equity shares under its 2015 Stock Incentive Compensation Plan to the CEO, COO and other eligible employees. It further said the issued and subscribed share capital of the company has consequently "increased to Rs 21,29,44,27,185, divided into 4,25,88,85,437 equity shares of Rs 5 each". In a regulatory filing, Infosys said it "has allotted 2,23,297 equity shares under the 2015 Stock Incentive Compensation Plan to the eligible employees of the company on February 26, 2020, pursuant to the exercise of Restricted Stock Units under ADR Issue." Infosys, on Wednesday, had informed the stock exchanges that it has granted stock incentives worth Rs 3.25 crore to CEO Salil Parekh under the 2015 Incentive Compensation Plan. The incentive had been offered in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) and they have a three-year equal vesting schedule, it had said. "The date of grant for these stock incentive units is February 27, and the exercise price will be the par value of shares," it had said. Also, COO UB Pravin Rao received 58,650 RSUs and five key managerial personnel (KMPs) will receive stock incentives of 3,53,270. New Delhi, Mar 12 () The Competition Commision of India (CCI) has approved acquisition of additional equity shares in Hero FinCorp Ltd by Otter Limited and Link Investment Trust, according to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.As per a joint notice filed with CCI, Hero FinCorp, Otter, Link and certain other subscribers entered into a share subscription agreement in January, pursuant to which Otter and Link propose to acquire certain additional equity shares in Hero FinCorp. Otter is a Mauritius-based investment company while Link Investment is a private trust registered in India and is engaged in making investments, as per a Ministry of Corporate Affairs release.Hero FinCorp is a non-banking financial company engaged in the business of consumer finance and commercial lending, it added.
