Sarmoli organizes their annual summer ritual in April every spring. It’s all happening at a time when the world doesn’t know what exactly is happening. At such a juncture, one thing is sure that the recruitment process for foreign students in the USA would surely take a hit. And so would be the international students’ entry in American universities. 
 
Then which country should international students go to other than the USA. Well, the answer is India. 
 Tarun <keyword id="2648" type="PERSON" weightage="20" keywordseo="Anand">Anand</keyword>, Founder of <keyword id="1064856" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="Universal-Business-School">Universal Business School</keyword> told <keyword id="824043" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Business-Insider">Business Insider</keyword>, India is an exciting new place with phenomenal diversity and opportunity to learn from. 
 
“They (foreigners) also have heard the Indian growth story and are attracted to the culture. As we are providing superior British quality education in India, it attracts them. They immerse themselves in the vibrant Indian culture and the fact that English is a widely used in communication, allows them to blend into the student community easily. Many of them want to settle in India which is a very interesting sign for the future. They also realise that when they go back looking for jobs they would stand out with their unique experiences in India,” Anand said. 
 Universal <keyword id="107736" type="ORGANIZATION" weightage="20" keywordseo="Business-school">Business School</keyword> has been set up by CEOs, who have headed multi-billion dollar multinational companies in over 100 countries. Statistics suggest that the number of international students coming to India has gone up many folds.  So what are they studying in India? A country that boasts of great institutes of medical science, tech, management as well as general courses, subjects on demand are Business Management with a focus us on Marketing or <keyword id="25455" type="ORGANIZATION" weightage="20" keywordseo="finance">Finance</keyword>, according to Anand. 
 “Also one of the major reason for coming to India is the cost of living, which is 30% compared to Europe and this makes it extremely attractive destination,” added the founder of <keyword id="6365707" type="CITY" weightage="20" keywordseo="UBS">UBS</keyword>. 
 
So what about the students after completion of course? 
 
Most of the students get Indian internships and get a flavour of working for Indian companies and then go back to their home country for work. The most amazing fact is they are the first to get jobs when they head back home as they have a unique perspective which makes them stand out. 
 
However this fascinating story isn’t without challenges. “The current challenge is the registration process which is a bit cumbersome once they arrive in India. Also the work visa process is difficult to navigate. I believe that companies should be allowed to determine competitive wage levels which are mutually agreeable between the employee and the organisation,” suggested Anand. 
 
The existing bills that restrict foreign student entry into India needs to be modified. Thousands of International students go to China for this very purpose and now that the Chinese economy is slowing down with a potential hard landing it would be great to see the government proactively attracting global students. 
 
“We will get much needed foreign exchange and it will lead to Indian students staying back in India as they will get a multi cultural experience in India itself leading them to taking decisions to stay back in India. This will save a large part of the USD 5 billion leaving the country every year and the brain drain,” Anand added.

 <keyword id="4075000" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="dinesh-supekar">Dinesh Supekar</keyword> of <keyword id="148915" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="PWC-India">PwC India</keyword>, a multinational professional services network, told <keyword id="824043" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Business-Insider">Business Insider</keyword>, “Since the government wants to keep a check on pollution along with the growth of the sector, it will be better if some regulations can be made to scrap off old vehicles plying on the road. An incentive based regulation is best for it. This will curb pollution drastically. New cars are mostly fitted with technologies that are at par with emission norms. Putting an end to plying of old cars will benefit in two ways. Firstly pollution will come down and along with that demand for new cars created. This will boost sell of new cars keeping a check on environment.” 
 “The shadow of demonetisation has affected car sales, much more so in the premium and luxury segments than the mass market ones. The upcoming budget can bring in relief for the automotive sector with further rationalisation of income taxes which would increase the disposable income in the hands of tax payers, especially the middle class. Also continued investment into road and city infrastructure is much needed, which will not only help car owners but is also a massive employment generator. Clarity on GST implementation and overall stable policy outlook will bring in the much needed optimism and positivity into the economy in general. People will be more prone to spending on larger items like cars when they have faith in long-term sustainable growth rather than on-the-spot announcements like the demonetisation one,” said <keyword id="3054707" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="Dhruv-Chopra">Dhruv Chopra</keyword>, Chief Marketing officer, <keyword id="817470" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Carwale">Carwale</keyword>, an authoritative source of new car pricing. 
 
Another issue that this year’s budget needs to address is car hike. Already <a href="http://www.businessinsider.in/marutisuzuki-swift-2017-has-been-creatively-copied-from-at-least-5-different-cars-heres-the-proof/articleshow/56315268.cms">Maruti Suzuki</a> and <keyword id="596" type="CITY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Hyundai">Hyundai</keyword> have announced that they would be increasing the price of cars produced this year. “India is the third largest automobile market in the world, yet only 4% of the households have a car and 25% of the households have a two-wheeler and local public transportation is limited only to the metros. I really hope the budget actually paves way for millions of Indians to achieve the dream of owning a vehicle, going to a good school for education and facilitates transport independence,” said <keyword id="195858" type="PERSON" weightage="20" keywordseo="Sandeep-Aggarwal">Sandeep Aggarwal</keyword>, founder &amp; CEO of Droom that deals in old as well as new car. 
 Shubh Bansal, Co-founder of <keyword id="2877989" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="Truebil">Truebil</keyword>, a marketplace for pre-owned cars told Business Insider, “Scheme for the exchange of cars older than 10 years will be good. Apart from that implementation of GST and low tax slabs, tax rebate not just for consumers but also for <a href="http://www.businessinsider.in/marutisuzuki-swift-2017-has-been-creatively-copied-from-at-least-5-different-cars-heres-the-proof/articleshow/56315268.cms">NBFC</a>s providing loans to car buyers, increase in disposable income, excise duty reduction would boost the automobile sector.”
