She has been cast in a recurring role in the <keyword id="21646440" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="Max-prequel-series" source="keywords">Max prequel series</keyword>, where she will essay the role of <keyword id="21649372" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="Sister-Francesca" source="keywords">Sister Francesca</keyword>, US-based news outlet Variety reported. Her character is described as "Strong, intelligent and alluring, Sister Francesca leaves a lasting impression in her wake. Once a great love of the Emperor, her return to the palace strains the balance of power in the capital." The series was originally commissioned in 2019 under the title '<keyword id="1604080" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="Dune" source="Orion">Dune</keyword>: The Sisterhood'. It is inspired by the novel '<keyword id="21649373" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="Sisterhood-of-Dune" source="Orion">Sisterhood of Dune</keyword>' written by Brian Herbert and Kevin J. Anderson. In the project, Tabu will share screen space with renowned actors such as Emily Watson, Olivia Williams, Johdi May, Travis Fimmel, Sarah-Sofie Boussnina, Mark Strong, Chloe Lea, Josh Heuston and Jade Anouka among others. The series is co-produced by Max and Legendary Television, with Legendary also producing the film franchise. The release date of the show is kept under wraps. Tabu explored western cinema for the first time in 2006 with 'The Namesake'. Directed by Mira Nair, the film, which also starred Irrfan Khan, opened to positive reviews, and was lauded by almost every critic across the globe. Her second film 'Life of Pi' (2012), went a step ahead, and won four Oscars, including the Best Director for Ang Lee. Meanwhile, in Bollywood, Tabu will be seen reuniting with Ajay Devgn in the film 'Auron Mein Kahan Dum'. Helmed by Neeraj Pandey, the film is touted to be an epic musical romantic drama spanning across 23 years, set between 2000 and 2023. Ajay and Tabu have shared screen space in films including 'Vijaypath', 'Haqeeqat', 'Thakshak', 'Fitoor', 'Drishyam', 'Golmaal Again', 'De De Pyaar De', 'Drishyam 2' and 'Bholaa'. A <keyword id="6357685" type="LOCATION" weightage="20" keywordseo="jodhpur">Jodhpur</keyword> trial court sentenced the actor to five years in jail and a fine of Rs 10,000. However, all the co-accused -- <keyword id="333" type="PERSON" weightage="20" keywordseo="Saif-Ali-Khan">Saif Ali Khan</keyword>, <keyword id="6380080" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="sonali-bendre">Sonali Bendre</keyword>, Neelam and <keyword id="6358125" type="PERSON" weightage="20" keywordseo="Tabu">Tabu</keyword> -- have been acquitted. The actors were shooting of the movie Hum Saath Saath Hain in Kankani village near Jodhpur. Witnesses from the unwavering <keyword id="69006" type="LOCATION" weightage="20" keywordseo="bishnoi">Bishnoi</keyword> community saw the actor shoot the protected species of the rare antelope on the intervening night of 1st and 2nd October, 1998. They even jotted down the number plate of the jeep they were on. Later a case was filed by the Bishnoi community who worship the animal. (This is the <a href="https://economictimes.indiatimes.com/magazines/panache/how-a-committed-and-inspired-bishnoi-community-did-salman-khan-in/articleshow/63625066.cms">same community that was the inspiration behind the Chipko movement</a>.) The main witness, Poonamchand Bishnoi, said he saw the actor shoot the <keyword id="53463" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="blackbuck">blackbuck</keyword> while his co-stars egged him on. However, Salman claims the animal died of ‘natural causes’ and that he is being ‘framed’. This is not the only case of poaching against the actor. He has also been accused of killing a couple of chinkaras (a gazelle species) and a blackbuck in September of 1998 by the very same community. This is overturned after an appeal. 10 April 2006: A trial court convicted Salman Khan in the blackbuck case under the Wildlife Protection Act and sentenced him to <a href="https://economictimes.indiatimes.com/magazines/panache/1998-2016-a-timeline-of-the-blackbuck-killing-case/articleshow/53377957.cms">five years in jail, alongside a fine of Rs 25,000</a>. However, he spent less than a week in jail before getting bail. 24 August 2007: The Session Court upheld the conviction doled out in April 2006 and dismissed Salman Khan’s appeal. 31 August 2007: The Rajasthan High Court sentences the actor to five years in prison and then suspends the same on appeal after a week - the actor spent a week in jail. He was, however, ordered to not leave the country without permission. The High Court later dropped the charges levied against the actor under the Arms Act. December 2012: The Rajasthan High Court revised the charges against the actor and levied fresh charges against him under <a href="http://www.newindianexpress.com/nation/2017/jan/18/all-you-need-to-know-about-the-black-buck-case-1560878.html" data-type="tilCustomLink">Section 9/51 of the Wildlife Protection Act</a> - hunting or poaching of the protected blackbuck species is a punishable offence under the law. 12 November 2013: The Rajasthan High Court suspends the five-year sentence given in April 2006. 25 July 2016: The Rajasthan High Court <a href="https://economictimes.indiatimes.com/magazines/panache/1998-2016-a-timeline-of-the-blackbuck-killing-case/articleshow/53377957.cms">acquits Salman Khan in the 1998 chinkara and blackbuck poaching case</a>, claiming lack of evidence that the animals were shot by the actor’s licensed gun. 11 November 2016: The Rajasthan Government’s plea challenging his acquittal in the blackbuck poaching case and to fast-track the case is approved by the Supreme Court. Salman Khan is issued a notice. 18 January 2017: A Jodhpur <a href="https://www.firstpost.com/entertainment/salman-khan-acquitted-in-arms-act-case-by-jodhpur-court-but-his-legal-troubles-are-far-from-over-3209118.html">court acquits Khan</a> in the Arms Act Case wherein he was charged with possessing weapons with an expired licence while hunting the animals. 28 March 2018: Final arguments of the case were completed in the trial court. April 5, 2018: A Jodhpur court convicts Khan to serve a 5-year jail term and pay Rs 10,000 penalty. In the meanwhile, Khan has made myriad movies while the various trials were on, becoming one of the biggest celebrities in the country. According to Forbes, Khan’s net pre-tax earnings in 2017 amount to $37 million, earning him a spot on the publication’s 2017 Celebrity 100 List of World’s Highest Earning Entertainers.

"Peace, love, and harmony to all who knew David and those he touched. We will miss him dearly. Thank you for the love and prayers."Crosby was born in Los Angeles in 1941, to the Oscar-winning cinematographer Floyd Crosby, who won an Oscar for his work on the 1931 film "Tabu," and Aliph Van Cortlandt Whitehead, a Macy's department store salesperson.He joined the Byrds in 1964, which scored its first hit with Bob Dylan's "Mr. Tambourine Man." Crosby, Stills &amp; Nash — which became Crosby, Stills, Nash &amp; Young once Neil Young joined — was formed in 1968 and released a series of hits including "Marrakesh Express," "Just a Song Before I Go," and "Woodstock."While Crosby's success continued into 1980s, heavy drug use hurt his career and led to a nine-month jail sentence in a Texas state prison in 1985."I have no idea how I'm alive and Jimi [Hendrix] isn't and Janis [Joplin] isn't and all my other friends," he <a href="https://www.rollingstone.com/music/music-news/david-crosby-dead-obituary-1234664235/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">told Rolling Stone</a> in 2014, years after he'd cleaned up. "Rooh Baba aur unki kahaniyan ab aa gayi hai comics ki Bhool Bhulaiyaa mein... This one is for all my lil fans #RoohBabaKiBhoolBhulaiyaa @diamondcomicsindia @tseries.official @cine1studios," Aaryan captioned the cover art of the upcoming comic book on Instagram on Tuesday.
