While three IPOs – that of Sah Polymers, Rex Sealing and Packing Industries, and SVS Ventures – are currently open for investor subscription, that of Chaman Metallics will open on January 4. These four IPOs are expected to collectively raise almost ₹110 crore. Sah Polymers, a polymer manufacturer and packaging solutions provider, will list on the mainboard of the BSE and NSE. The price band of the IPO is set at ₹61-65 per share. The company’s ₹66 crore IPO is a complete fresh issue of 10.2 million shares, with no offer for sale (OFS) component. The shares of the company are currently commanding a grey market premium (GMP) of ₹9 per share. <a href="https://www.businessinsider.in/stock-market/news/grey-market-premium-what-is-it-and-where-is-it-coming-from/articleshow/95454371.cms">GMP is the premium at which IPO shares are traded </a>in an unofficial market before they are listed on the stock exchanges. The company is primarily engaged in manufacturing and selling of polypropylene (PP) and high density polyethylene (HDPE) bulk bags (or FIBC bags), woven sacks, and HDPE/PP woven fabrics. Sah Polymers intends to use part of its net proceeds from the IPO to establish a new facility with an additional installed capacity of 3.96 billion tonnes per annum to manufacture different variants of FIBC products. Once set up, it will double the company’s total production capacity to 7.92 billion tonnes per annum. The company also intends to use a part of the proceeds to repay debt, fund working capital requirements and for other general corporate purposes. Rex Sealing IPO to be listed on SME exchange Rex Sealing opened its IPO last week and will close on January 4. The price of the IPO is set at ₹135 per share. The company plans to raise ₹8.09 crore through a fresh issue worth ₹4.05 crore, and an offer for sale by promoters and shareholders worth ₹4.04 crore. The IPO will be listed on the BSE SME exchange. The company intends to use proceeds from the fresh issue to fund working capital requirements and for general corporate purposes. The company is a manufacturer and exporter of sealing packing and insulation products including jointing sheets, fabric expansion joints, and ceramic fibre products. Rex Sealing and Packing Industries is in the process of setting up an additional manufacturing facility at Ambernath, measuring 4,000 square metres for expansion of business and manufacture of all types of asbestos-free gasket sheets for automotive, steel and other processing units. The company intends to use proceeds from the fresh issue to fund working capital requirements and for general corporate purposes. The shares of the company are currently indicating a grey market discount of ₹5 per share. The company is in the business of construction and real estate development, focusing primarily on residential and commercial projects in and around Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The company’s business operations include development of real estate projects in the residential segment comprising apartment type complexes, villas, largely catering to the middle income and high income group. The company intends to use proceeds from the fresh issue to meet working capital requirements and for general corporate purposes. The shares of the company are currently commanding a grey market premium of ₹23 per share. Chaman Metallics is primarily engaged in the business of manufacturing and selling of direct reduced iron (i.e. sponge iron). Sponge iron is mainly used as a raw material for making steel in electric arc furnaces and induction furnaces. It operates a manufacturing facility located in Chandrapur, Maharashtra with an installed sponge iron production capacity of 72,000 metric tonnes. And in the past week or so, there have two big ones that struck me.<ol><li><a href="https://www.businessinsider.com/amazon-ring-always-home-cam-security-drone-echo-alexa-robot-2020-9">Amazon's miniature home security drones</a>. These little birdies are sure to be a security nightmare. Everything appeared to be durably built and able to stand up to the normal type of beating outdoor gear often gets. I felt confident that I could take this anywhere, too, be it camping, fishing, rafting, or to the beach. Aside from removing some packaging, there isn't really a set-up process. The cooler was ready for use in under five minutes. I appreciated that the Tundra came with a user manual featuring helpful tips for getting the best performance out of the cooler and how to properly use it.<h2>What makes the Tundra 45 stand out</h2>Yeti clearly put a lot of thought and spared no expense in making the <a href="https://www.amazon.com/YETI-Tundra-45-Cooler-White/dp/B004U6MHV0/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&amp;linkCode=ll1&amp;tag=biipf_052820_yeti-coolers-review-20&amp;linkId=aa01db018cc806fea5135d6d12b1c4f3&amp;language=en_USp;language=en_US" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener sponsored">Tundra 45</a>. It has heavy-duty rotomolded construction and is certified bear-resistant. The lid has a Coldlock gasket similar to what you might find on your freezer, and the lid interlocks with the body of the cooler to create a form-fitting barrier. T-Rex lid latches made of sturdy rubber keep the seal tight, too, and the latches are easy enough for my kindergartener to unlatch — though, he did have difficulty relatching it.There are a couple of ways to carry the cooler. When one person carries it, I found it helpful to grab the handles molded just below the lip. These handles work well when the cooler is full of groceries, too. When it houses heavier items and I need help, the polyester rope handles on each side are great for two-person jobs. The Neverfail Hinge System of the lid is designed for durability, and I appreciate that it keeps the lid open when I was either loading or unloading contents. Its non-slip feet are a nice touch in most situations, as well. However, they make it difficult to slide the cooler along the floor or ground with your footA small drain in the bottom of the cooler does a terrific job of quickly removing accumulated water even with the contents in place. This is useful because you can just add more ice on top, and you never need to remove what's inside.<h2>Insulation test</h2>To put the <a href="https://www.amazon.com/YETI-Tundra-45-Cooler-White/dp/B004U6MHV0/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&amp;linkCode=ll1&amp;tag=biipf_052820_yeti-coolers-review-20&amp;linkId=aa01db018cc806fea5135d6d12b1c4f3&amp;language=en_USp;language=en_US" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener sponsored">Tundra 45's</a> insulation to the test, I decided to pit it against a normal 16-quart portable cooler and a normal, reusable grocery bag. I loaded each with a frozen 4-inch by 9-inch by 1.5-inch ice gel pack and kept track of how long the ice stayed before completely melting. The ambient temperature was roughly 70 degrees Fahrenheit during the test. Here's how long the ice packs lasted in each:<ul><li>Reusable grocery bag: 24 hours</li><li>16-quart cooler: 48 hours</li><li>Tundra 45: 66 hours</li></ul>It's hard to compare vastly different coolers in a manner like this. The Tundra 45 is much larger than the 16-quart cooler. In general, when there's more air space in a cooler, ice melts faster. So, the fact the larger cooler won out is a real testament to its insulation abilities.Yeti also provides <a href="https://www.avantlink.com/click.php?tt=cl&amp;mi=12321&amp;pw=184534&amp;ctc=&amp;url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.yeti.com%2Fen_US%2Fice-retention.htmle-retention.html" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener sponsored">several tips and tricks</a> for getting the best performance out of your cooler, including storing your cooler in a cool place when it isn't in use. <h2>Cons to consider</h2>The Tundra 45 looks like it holds a lot more than it actually does but due to the three-inch-thick insulated walls, the capacity is smaller than similarly sized coolers. Granted, this allows your food items to stay colder for longer but it also affects the cooler's portability. With light frozen foods in the cooler, you might be able to carry it on its own but if it's packed full of ice and beverages, carrying the Tundra 45 is a two-person job.<h2>The bottom line</h2>Despite the negatives, this is the best hard cooler I've ever used. Yeti's new Tundra 45 is the gold standard of hard-sided coolers, but its high price isn't for everyone

APTesla CEO Elon MuskElon Musk is being a hypocrite. On Thursday, Tesla's <a href="https://twitter.com/elonmusk/status/870369915894546432">CEO tweeted</a> that he's leaving White House advisory councils after President Trump said he would back out of the Paris climate accord. "Climate change is real. Leaving Paris is not good for America or the world," Musk wrote on Twitter. But Trump has promised to <a href="http://www.businessinsider.com/trump-and-clinton-on-the-issues-energy-policy-2016-9">pull the US out of the Paris agreement</a> since before he was elected - and Musk knew that when he joined the councils in the first place. Musk might've hoped he could change Trump's view - and he and Secretary of State Rex Tillerson might've swayed Trump to <a href="http://www.businessinsider.com/why-elon-musk-is-changing-position-on-trump-2017-1">implement a carbon tax</a>. His agenda in this was pretty transparent: Tesla's electric vehicles don't produce carbon, and anything that encourages people to turn to renewable energy would benefit the company - which is also making roof shingles that harness solar energy and battery packs that store it all. And, as my colleague <a href="http://www.businessinsider.com/why-elon-musk-is-changing-position-on-trump-2017-1">Matt Debord explained</a> repeatedly this year, Musk felt that his role as a creator of manufacturing jobs in the US would've given him some sway over Trump. It turns out, that on the issue of the Paris agreement at least, Trump was being serious about his intentions and a carbon tax certainly looks unlikely. The thing is, Trump doesn't forgive. He holds grudges and that could spell bad news for Musk and Tesla.Tesla receives a boatload of government money - which could include subsidies, grants and tax credits to customers who buy its electric cars. According to a Los Angeles Times story from May 2015, Tesla receives <a href="http://www.latimes.com/business/la-fi-hy-musk-subsidies-20150531-story.html">$4.9 billion in</a> "government support," and while a good portion of those are from states, there's no doubt the company benefits from federal handouts too."Since 2006, SolarCity has installed systems for 217,595 customers, according to a corporate filing," The Times wrote. Lose the tax breaks and subsidies renewable energy companies get and this hole could get deeper fast."He definitely goes where there is government money," Dan Dolev, an analyst at Jefferies Equity Research, wrote in a research note that was quoted by The Times. "That's a great strategy, but the government will cut you off one day." I emailed Tesla about all this and they sent me Musk's statement from February about why he joined the council in the first place: "In December, I agreed to join the Presidential Advisory Forum to provide feedback on issues that I think are important for our country and the world. In tomorrow's meeting, I and others will express our objections to the recent executive order on immigration and offer suggestions for changes to the policy.Advisory councils simply provide advice and attending does not mean that I agree with actions by the Administration. My goals are to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy and to help make humanity a multi-planet civilization, a consequence of which will be the creation of hundreds of thousands of jobs and a more inspiring future for all. I understand the perspective of those who object to my attending this meeting, but I believe at this time that engaging on critical issues will on balance serve the greater good."So, sure, Musk obviously feels like it is not worth his time to even do that anymore.
