What made him a true industry leader was the way he managed to make people achieve more than what they thought they were capable of. As a young leader, he was tasked with making a local agency, Chaitra, transition into the Indian arm of <keyword id="131262" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="leo-burnett" source="Orion">Leo Burnett</keyword> Worldwide. Over two eventful decades he created an organization that was both formidable and flexible. In doing this, he turned a safe and conservative agency into a creative power center. Soon, the agency’s work on Thums Up, Bajaj, Heinz, P&amp;G and many others saw it taking on the big guns in creative pitches as well as award shows, becoming one of India’s early winners at Cannes. Arvind has also been responsible for several incredible talents that have blossomed under his watch. IAA tells us how advertising can save the economy

Makkal Needhi Maiam (MNM), headed by Haasan, contested from 142 constituencies. Indhiya Jananayaga Katchi (IJK) founded by T.R. Paarivendhar faced the electorate from 40 constituencies. All India Samathuva Makkal Katchi (AISMK) under the leadership of actor <keyword id="1589629" type="PERSON" weightage="20" keywordseo="R-Sarathkumar">R. Sarathkumar</keyword> fought from 33 seats. Tamilaga Makkal Jananayaga Katchi (TMJK) led by K.M. Shareef faced the elections in 9 seats and Janata Dal (Secular) JD(S) headed by H.D. Deva Gowda contested from 3 constituencies. Key persons of the party facing elections Dr. Mahendran contested from Singanallur constituency. Dr. Santhosh Babu, a former Indian Administrative Service (<keyword id="46130" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="IAS">IAS</keyword>) officer was fielded from the Velachery constituency. He faced AIADMK and Congress representatives in these seats. Actor Sripriya fought from Mylapore, locking horns with T. Velu of the DMK and former Indian Police Service (IPS) officer and incumbent R. Natraj of the AIADMK party. Senior politician Pazha. Karuppiah fought from T. Nagar constituency. However, none of the other party members or the alliance members were able to make a mark in the election. MNM’s performance in last Lok Sabha elections Haasan’s party won a vote share of 3.72% during the last Lok sabha elections. This feat was achieved only when the party was just 14 months old. This achievement was said to have ensued from Kamal’s popularity among a sizeable segment of the urban voters. In Coimbatore, his party candidate R.Mahendran bagged 1.45 lakh votes. Hassan’s party secured over 1 lakh votes in three of the four seats in Chennai. Lightweighting is going to happen because of the emissions norms,” said B R Preetham, group chief executive officer at Sansera Engineering in an interview with Business Insider. Aluminium is lighter than steel, better for recycling and reduces emissions. Due to its upcoming IPO compliance requirements, Preetham did not reveal their overall investment towards this segment but mentioned, “we have invested a lot in the aluminium forgings and thereby expect increasing revenue from it further,” said Preetham. Sansera Engineering’s IPO opens today and closes on September 16 The company is looking to raise ₹1,282 crore from an offer for sale of 1.72 crore shares at a price band ₹734-744. Ahead of the IPO, the company had mopped up ₹382 crore from anchor investors. Government of Singapore, Abhu Dhabi Investment Authority, Axis MF, ICICI Prudential MF are some of the anchor investors who bought the IPO. The allotment of the shares will be revealed on September 21 and the shares will be listed on September 24. The verdict from analysts has been a mixed one. Ventura Securities argues that the IPO is overpriced and that the return on investment may be the worst in the sector. We are going to supply about 8 components to them,” added the company management in an interview.
