The story goes like this: Mahindra Group’s Chairman Anand Mahindra gave a brand new <keyword id="4491507" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="mahindra-supro-mini-truck">Mahindra Supro Mini Truck</keyword> to Sunil, a Kerala-based auto driver, in exchange for his rickshaw. Yes, he did as the rickshaw was quite a special one. Sunil had modified his auto rickshaw's rear to look like the rear of a <keyword id="140499" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="Mahindra-Scorpio">Mahindra Scorpio</keyword>. If reports are to be believed, Maruti has bagged a deal of 2,071 Gypsies that it needs to supply to Indian Army. 
 There were reports that Indian Army has picked <keyword id="140499" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="Mahindra-Scorpio">Mahindra Scorpio</keyword> and <keyword id="595044" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="tata-safari">Tata Safari</keyword> to supply around 3,200 vehicles. 
 
A few officials, on condition of anonymity informed ET that the order under 'GS 500' category was placed a few weeks back and the deliveries will start in next few months. The reports also suggest that Maruti Suzuki will earn Rs 125 crore through the deal. 
 
"This order is part of the earlier tender. However, the company received the order very recently," said one of the sources. "The deliveries will start in the coming few months. There is a continuous discussion with the government for future orders too," he added. 
 A <keyword id="2953201" type="POSITION" weightage="20" keywordseo="Maruti-Suzuki-spokesperson">Maruti Suzuki spokesperson</keyword> confirmed the agreement, but didn’t divulge other particulars of the deal. 
 
Started in 1985, the petrol-run Gypsy was overtaken by diesel-run SUVs long ago. Even after losing its charm in the consumer market, it remained the choicest vehicle of Indian Army and ever since then, it had maintained that stature. 
 
India’s one of the largest carmaker bagged its first order in 1991 and delivered 35,000 Gypsies to Indian Army and also became the single-largest vehicle supplier of Indian Army.

Felix Krause, Founder of Fastlane which was acquired by Google, said that when the user opens any link on the TikTok iOS app, it's opened inside their in-app browser. "While you are interacting with the website, TikTok subscribes to all keyboard inputs (including passwords, credit card information, etc.) and every tap on the screen, like which buttons and links you click," Krause claimed in a blog post on Thursday. TikTok iOS subscribes to every keystroke (text inputs) happening on third-party websites rendered inside the <keyword id="7160979" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="tiktok-app" source="Orion">TikTok app</keyword>, he said. "This can include passwords, credit card information and other sensitive user data," Krause added. From a technical perspective, this is the equivalent of installing a keylogger on third-party websites. The company confirmed those features exist in the code but said it is not using them on its in-app browser on iOS app. "Like other platforms, we use an in-app browser to provide an optimal user experience, but the Javascript code in question is used only for debugging, troubleshooting and performance monitoring of that experience - like checking how quickly a page loads or whether it crashes," a company spokesperson was quoted as saying in a Forbes report. According to the researcher, it proves that "TikTok injects code into third party websites through their in-app browsers that behaves like a keylogger. However, claims it's not being used". "This was an active choice the company made. This is a non-trivial engineering task. This does not happen by mistake or randomly," he mentioned.
