Tyler shares four-year-old Lula and five-year-old Sailor with her husband David Gardner, while she has 16-year-old Milo William Langdon with Royston Langdon. </p><p>"Reunited with my loves ... what a wild 2 weeks," wrote Tyler, who added that she's normally a private person but wanted to bring awareness to COVID-19. </p><p>"I tested positive for <keyword id="8764262" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="60" keywordseo="covid">covid</keyword> 19 on New Year's Eve day. S--- I had made it all the way through 2020 keeping myself and my family safe. Doing everything I could to protect my wolf pack and follow the rules to protect others. Suddenly on the morn of the last day of 2020... boom it took me down," wrote Tyler.</p><p>She said her COVID-19 diagnosis affected her quickly "like a locomotive," but said none of her family members were hit with the virus. </p><p>"With it Feelings of fear, shame, and guilt swirling through you, who could you have gotten it from and who could you have infected...Terrifying. Luckily the rest of my family and bubble were negative," wrote Tyler. </p><p>Tyler, <a href="https://www.insider.com/liv-tyler-natural-everyday-makeup-routine-28-products-worth-1700-2019-7" target="_blank" rel="noopener">whose makeup routine costs an estimated $1,700</a>, then said that her COVID-19 diagnosis not only affected her physical <keyword id="6354750" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="60" keywordseo="health">health</keyword> but also took an emotional toll.</p><p>"There are so many strange elements to this sickness. It affects everyone so completely differently. I was so lucky and had corona light as my momma <a href="https://www.instagram.com/realbebebuell/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">@realbebebuell</a> called it but It floored me for 10 days in my bed," Tyler wrote. </p><p>She continued, "There is the physical aspects but also emotional and psychological ones too. It F's with your body and mind equally. Everyday different. Being isolated in a room alone for 10 days is trippy, to say the least."</p><p>Although the <a href="https://www.insider.com/lord-of-the-rings-movies-trilogy-details-you-missed" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Lord of the Rings</a> star was forced to quarantine away from her children, she said they sent her sweet notes to lift her spirits. </p><p>"I missed My babies beyond but they visited my window and called up to me and I watch them play outside. Such a gift. They sent little messages and drawings under my door. Reminders of what's on the other side. I know you're going to pull through. God's got you and so does your most powerful guardian Angel up there," Woods, 25, wrote on Twitter. "You're one of the strongest people I know. This is not fair or right that you were put in this position when you were just trying to do your job."</p><h2><strong>Towns' COVID-19 diagnosis comes after he lost several family members to the virus</strong></h2><p><strong><div type="image" title="Karl Anthony Towns and Mother Getty Images" height="1934" width="2578" msid="80316569" hostid="261"></div></strong></p><p>In March 2020, Towns shared an emotional video to social media telling fans his mother had been hospitalized due to complications from the coronavirus.</p><p>At the time, Jacqueline was placed in a medically induced coma and was <a href="https://www.insider.com/how-respirators-work">using a respirator to breathe</a>.</p><p>"She was deteriorating in front of our eyes," he said, getting tearful. "She kept getting worse, she kept getting worse, and the hospital was doing everything they can."</p><p>Towns added that her condition worsened, he was unable to visit her in the hospital and had not been able to communicate.</p><p>In April 2020, the Towns family <a href="https://www.insider.com/karl-anthony-towns-mother-jacqueline-dies-coronavirus-nba-reacts-twitter-2020-4#alex-caruso-los-angeles-lakers-2">announced Jacqueline died of COVID-19 at the age of 59</a>.</p><p>"Jackie was many things to many people -- a wife, mother, daughter, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend," the Towns family said in a statement.</p><p>"The matriarch of the Towns family, she was an incredible source of strength; fiery, caring, and extremely loving person, who touched everyone she met. Her passion was palpable and her energy will never be replaced."</p><p>In December, Towns revealed that six additional family members had died from COVID-19. Towns' father, Karl Towns Sr., also contracted and recovered from the virus.</p><p>"I've been through a lot, obviously starting out with my mom," Towns told <a href="https://www.espn.com/nba/story/_/id/30451080/timberwolves-karl-anthony-towns-says-season-difficult-amid-court-tragedies" target="_blank" rel="noopener">ESPN</a>. Karl-Anthony Towns says he tested positive for COVID-19 after his mother and 6 other family members died of the virus

<ul class="summary-list"><li>Singer <keyword id="20996" type="PERSON" weightage="60" keywordseo="Lily-Allen">Lily Allen</keyword>, 35, opened up about her addictions on <a href="https://open.spotify.com/episode/2JkAJCSGogmUqJTj2KyVyN?si=_ptMCKRjSz21sAKQjV-7qA">The Recovery</a> podcast with DJ Fat Tony.</li><li>She revealed that performing as an opening act on Miley Cyrus' Bangerz tour in 2014 negatively affected her mental <keyword id="6354750" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="60" keywordseo="health">health</keyword>.</li><li>Allen described being addicted to <keyword id="914708" type="PERSON" weightage="60" keywordseo="Adderall">Adderall</keyword>, and said she considered taking <keyword id="48598" type="ENTERTAINMENT" weightage="60" keywordseo="Heroin">heroin</keyword> at one point.</li><li>She also said she began drinking at a young age and became "co-dependent."</li></ul><p>Lily Allen decided to get sober after she considered taking heroin while performing on Miley Cyrus' Bangerz tour in 2014. </p><p>While speaking with DJ Fat Tony on <a href="https://open.spotify.com/episode/2JkAJCSGogmUqJTj2KyVyN?si=_ptMCKRjSz21sAKQjV-7qA">The Recovery</a> podcast, Allen <a href="https://www.insider.com/celebrities-sober-2018-4">opened up about her journey to sobriety</a> and the obstacles she overcame along the way. </p><p>Allen, 35, recalled her time as an opening act on the <a href="https://www.insider.com/miley-cyrus-apologized-youtube-comment-privilege-hip-hop-2019-6">Bangerz tour as particularly difficult</a>, saying she didn't "feel like a pop star at all.</p><p>"I felt really worthless, and drugs and <keyword id="6359858" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="60" keywordseo="alcohol">alcohol</keyword> made me feel the opposite," the "Smile" singer said.</p><p>Allen said that about six months after the birth of her second child with her former husband, Sam Cooper, she was forced to go on tour when the family was strapped for cash. The couple married when Allen was 24 and went on to have two daughters: 9-year-old Ethel and 8-year-old Marnie. </p><p>"We sort of ran out of money and I had to go out on the road again, but I was 14-stone [196 lbs] and just did not feel like a pop star at all," said Allen, who is <a href="https://www.insider.com/david-harbour-marries-lily-allen-wedding-photos-2020-9">currently married to actor David Harbour</a>. </p><p>"So, I started taking this drug called Adderall, which is like speed, to lose the weight. And then I got addicted to this drug because it made me invincible and I could work really long hours and be all the different people that I was required to be at the time," she added. </p><p>Allen's addictions worsened while on the American leg of the Bangerz tour in 2014. </p><p>"It was a very highly sexualized tour and I had just spent the last three years pushing babies out. It couldn't have been less what I felt like," Allen said.</p><p>"And also, I'd never ever supported someone. So, I was sort of like re-entering this phase of being a pop star again but not doing it on my terms anymore. I was supporting this girl who was much younger and more attractive than I felt and I just started out in all manner of ways," she added. </p><div type="image" title="lily allen" height="1331" width="2000" msid="80308913" hostid="261"></div><p>According to Allen, this included cheating on Cooper and falling further into <a href="https://www.insider.com/what-to-do-if-you-are-or-know-an-alcoholic-in-quarantine-2020-3">alcoholism</a>. </p><p>Allen said that she previously drank alcohol to "take the edge off" of drugs, but realized during this time that she "was getting up in the morning, going straight to the mini bar, and downing those little vodka bottles...without the drugs."</p><p>"I remember being in LA and thinking like, 'None of this acting out is working anymore. Maybe I should try heroin," said Allen.</p><p>She continued, "I'd been in a scene, you know, where I had seen what happens to people who use heroin and knew when that thought popped into my head it was time to - you know - confront my demons. And that was about five years ago. And I started recovery."</p><p>But Allen said she wasn't fully committed to recovery at the time, and fell back into drinking alcohol about six months after getting clean. </p><p>"Almost instantly, I lost everything," Allen said. </p><p>"I lost my marriage. I lost my house I worked for 10 years to buy. My career started sinking. I lost all my friends - I didn't have any of my friendships any more. I was so resentful and so angry all the time. Really felt like the world owed me stuff" she said, adding "that went on for another four years."</p><h2><strong>Allen revealed that her <keyword id="6357421" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="60" keywordseo="addiction">addiction</keyword> began at a young age </strong></h2><p>Allen, <a href="https://www.businessinsider.com/zoe-kravitz-says-lily-allen-attacked-with-nonconsensual-kiss-video-2018-11">who Zoe Kravitz said gave her a nonconsensual kiss in 2014</a>,  said her addiction began when she became "co-dependent" on alcohol while in school. </p><p>"I started getting my value from attention of others and that is something that has played out until relatively recently really," said Allen.</p><p>"All I wanted was affirmation and praise and I didn't even really get it then. I felt so guilty about neglecting my kids in those early years of their life and having to go off on tour and misbehave in the way that I was. I really have a great relationship with my kids now," Allen said.</p><p>"They're confident little girls. They're not going to turn into drug addicts like I did. David Beckham threw himself a lavish, star-studded 40th birthday party in Morocco

<p></p><div class="KonaFilter image-container display-table"><div><div class="image on-image"></div><p></p></div></div><ul><li><strong><a href="http://markets.businessinsider.com/stocks/gps-stock">Gap&#xa0;</a>has launched a new ad campaign that features a woman breastfeeding.&#xa0;</strong></li><li><strong>Commenters on social media have come out in support of the company, and some are saying it's inspiring them to shop in its stores.</strong></li><li><strong>In the past, some ads featuring breastfeeding have created a backlash online.&#xa0;</strong></li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p>Gap just made a smart marketing move to win back customers.&#xa0;</p><p>The retailer launched a new collection of comfortable basics, "Love by GapBody," this month. And with it came a new ad campaign that showed a series of women relaxing at home, playing with a dog, and in another image, breastfeeding a baby.&#xa0;</p><p>There are two photographs: one of a woman pressing the child close to her, and another of her breastfeeding the child. The latter has been posted on the company's Instagram page but is noticeably absent from its website and Twitter and Facebook profiles.</p><p>Gap did not immediately respond to Business&#xa0;Insider's&#xa0;request for comment on this.</p><p>The photos are being praised on Instagram.&#xa0;</p><p><span>"Just a mom feeding her baby <a href="https://www.instagram.com/explore/tags/normalizebreastfeeding/">#NormalizeBreastfeeding</a> I am so happy to shop at a store that supports breastfeeding!!!" one <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/BfgbSSdjzW5/?taken-by=gap">Instagram</a> user commented on the post.</span></p><p>Some breastfeeding ads have not been so well received&#xa0;in the past. In <a href="https://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/why-women-are-criticizing-this-dove-ad-about-breastfeeding_us_595fa959e4b0d5b458e9f6e8">April 2017</a>, personal care company Dove, which is owned by Unilever, had to pull an ad that ran in the UK after it was criticized online. The ad showed a woman breastfeeding and asked the question: "75% say breastfeeding in public is fine. 25% say put them away." Angry customers claimed this was implying that women should feel ashamed to breastfeed in public.&#xa0;</p><p>Gap, on the other hand, has struck a chord with its female customers.&#xa0;</p><p><span>"This is so amazing!!!! As a breastfeeding mother, I applaud you guys. Thank you so much for doing this!!! This is so powerful. THANK YOU!!!!" another <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/BfgbSSdjzW5/?taken-by=gap">wrote</a>.</span></p><p>Gap Inc.'s namesake brand has struggled in recent&#xa0;years. Sales have stalled, it announced it would be closing stores over the next three years, and its CEO stepped down this <a href="http://www.businessinsider.com/r-gap-brand-ceo-jeff-kirwan-to-leave-retailer-2018-2">month</a>.</p><p>Gap has also been accused of failing to appeal to its shoppers. In January, it launched a new collection o<span>f clothing and accessories, called</span>&#xa0;<span>"</span><a href="http://www.gap.com/browse/category.do?cid=1070833&amp;tid=gpvu000032&amp;sop=true">Archive Reissue - Logo Remix</a><span>," with some items costing as much as $<a href="http://www.businessinsider.com/gap-is-selling-one-of-a-kind-sweatshirts-for-200-dollars-2018-1">198</a>. </span><span>Business Insider <a href="http://www.businessinsider.com/gap-is-selling-one-of-a-kind-sweatshirts-for-200-dollars-2018-1">reported</a> that Gap could be at risk of falling into the same trap as J.Crew, which raised its prices and ended up alienating customers.</span></p><p>This new <keyword id="35666" type="COMPANY" weightage="60" keywordseo="advertising">advertising</keyword> campaign, therefore, comes at an important time for the company.</p><p><span>"I have never shopped at Gap, but I will be purchasing something tonight! This is amazing!" one Instagram commenter <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/BfgbSSdjzW5/?taken-by=gap">wrote</a>.</span></p><p>The company has supported motherhood in the past. Julia Louis-Dreyfus seems to have overstayed her welcome in one tweeter's opinion. Daniel Radcliffe's looks are comparable to an aardvark, said another. And despite all the training he did for "Creed," Michael B. Jordan may not be able to handle one critic who'd like to "slap that mini feather duster he call a mustache off his lip."</p><p>Viola Davis, Liv Tyler, Kurt Russell, Colin Farrell, Jason Schwartzman, and Kirsten Dunst are also among this round of willing mean-tweets victims.
