<ul><li>Microsoft has started the rollout of its <keyword id="24149753" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="AI-powered-Recall" source="keywords">AI-powered Recall</keyword> feature.</li><li>Recall is currently available to <keyword id="20184542" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="Windows-Insiders" source="keywords">Windows Insiders</keyword> with Snapdragon-powered Copilot+ PCs.</li><li>The feature was delayed due to security and privacy concerns raised by users.</li></ul> Microsoft has announced the release of its AI-powered "Recall" feature for <keyword id="19932463" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="Windows-11" source="keywords">Windows 11</keyword>. The feature, which is currently in preview and available to Windows Insiders with Snapdragon-powered Copilot+ PCs, allows users to search for and retrieve information from past activities on their devices.<br /><br />The release of Recall was delayed due to security and privacy concerns. However, Microsoft has assured users that the feature is now safe and secure. To use Recall, users must opt-in to save snapshots and enrol in <keyword id="20412864" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="Windows-Hello" source="keywords">Windows Hello</keyword>.<br /><br />zRecall works by capturing screenshots of user activity and allowing users to search for specific information within those screenshots. The feature also includes a "Click to Do" capability that enables users to complete tasks based on the information retrieved from past activities.<br /><br />Microsoft has addressed privacy concerns by making the feature opt-in, encrypting data, and requiring Windows Hello authentication for access, thus ensuring that user data remains secure on the device.<br /><br />Windows Insiders in the Dev Channel can now experience Recall firsthand. To join the Dev Channel, users need to register for the Windows Insider Program, link their Microsoft account used for signing into Windows, select the Dev Channel in the Windows Insider Program settings, and check for updates to receive the new build.<br /><br />Microsoft's Recall feature has the potential to change the way users interact with their devices. Microsoft’s AI-powered Recall feature is now rolling out to Copilot+ PCs

<ul><li><keyword id="6354427" type="General" weightage="100" keywordseo="apple" source="Orion">Apple</keyword> lifted the curtains off its much-awaited own branded retail store in <keyword id="3658" type="General" weightage="80" keywordseo="india" source="Orion">India</keyword>.</li><li>Apple revealed the barricade of its first brick-and-mortar store in India at Jio World Drive Mall in Mumbai, officially marking the upcoming opening of Apple BKC.</li><li>Inspired by the iconic 'Kaali Peeli' taxi art unique to Mumbai, the Apple BKC creative includes colourful interpretations of the decals combined with many Apple products and services that will be available for our customers to discover.</li></ul>New Delhi, After years of wait, Apple on Wednesday finally lifted the curtains off its much-awaited own branded retail store in India, as it ramps up plans to boost local manufacturing in a fillip to the Central government's 'Make in India' initiative.<br /><br />Apple revealed the barricade of its first brick-and-mortar store in India at Jio World Drive Mall in Mumbai, officially marking the upcoming opening of Apple BKC.<br /><br />Inspired by the iconic 'Kaali Peeli' taxi art unique to Mumbai, the Apple BKC creative includes colourful interpretations of the decals combined with many Apple products and services that will be available for our customers to discover.<br /><br />The creative for the store features a bright welcome to people passing by with the classic Apple greeting, "Hello Mumbai".<br /><br />"To celebrate the opening of the new store, visitors can download the new Apple BKC wallpaper and move to the sounds of Mumbai with a specially curated playlist on <keyword id="6425775" type="General" weightage="50" keywordseo="apple-music" source="Orion">Apple Music</keyword>," said the company.<br /><br />The company is all set to open the gates of the India retail store to the public this month.<br /><br />Apple will also possibly launch a retail store in New Delhi at a later date.<br /><br />The tech giant has set another all-time revenue record for the India market, along with quarterly records in Brazil and India.<br /><br />Apple CEO <keyword id="191843" type="General" weightage="50" keywordseo="tim-cook" source="Orion">Tim Cook</keyword> said recently that looking at the business in India, "we set a quarterly revenue record and grew very strong double digits year over year and so we feel very good about how we performed".<br /><br />"That's despite the headwinds that we talked about. India is a hugely exciting market for us and a major focus. We broughtAthe online store there in 2020. We will soon bring Apple Retail there," Cook had announced in February.<br /><br />He said that Apple actually did fairly well through Covid in India.<br /><br />"That's the reason why we are investing there by bringing retail there, bringing the online store there and putting out a significant amount of energy there. If <a href="https://www.businessinsider.com/tim-cook-argument-apple-trump-china-tariffs-samsung-no-sense-2019-8">you're Tim Cook, you can get an audience with Trump </a>and try to sweet-talk the commander-in-chief into granting Apple a special dispensation. For most companies though, there's not much to do besides crossing your fingers and hoping for the best.</p><p>As Rosalie Chan reports, the risks and uncertainty are not limited to tariffs on hardware companies reliant on China supply chains. <a href="https://www.businessinsider.com/cloudflare-ipo-s1-baidu-partnership-tech-cold-war-2019-8">Businesses in the cloud are also vulnerable, as was evident in cybersecurity company Cloudflare's IPO paperwork</a>. Cloudflare called out the tough trade negotiations and tensions between the US and Chinese governments in its S-1 filing, noting that its local Chinese partner could choose to terminate its partnership early, or not renew it. KC is now a VP of "Corporate Engineering" in the Google Cloud business.</span></p><p>It's an interesting move, given that Google employees have been among the most active in opposing current US immigration policies, and famously revolted last year over the company's AI contract with the Pentagon.
