Enviro Infra Engineers, which is involved in the development of turnkey projects of <keyword id="19979438" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="sewage-treatment-plants" source="keywords">sewage treatment plants</keyword> and sewerage systems, on Monday fixed a price band of ₹140-148 per share for its ₹650 crore <keyword id="19913114" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="Initial-Public-Offering" source="keywords">Initial Public Offering</keyword> (IPO). The initial share sale will open for public subscription on November 22 and conclude on November 26. The bidding for anchor investors will open for a day on November 21, the company announced. The city-based company's proposed IPO is a combination of a fresh issue of 3.87 crore equity shares and an Offer For Sale (OFS) component of 52.68 lakh shares by promoters. Currently, promoters hold over 93 per cent stake in Enviro Infra Engineers. At the higher end of the price band, the IPO is valued at ₹650 crore, placing the company's market capitalization at approximately ₹2,600 crore. Proceeds from the fresh issue to the tune of ₹181 crore will be used to meet the working capital requirements, ₹100 crore will be used for payment of debt, ₹30 crore will be infused into the company's subsidiary, EIEL Mathura Infra Engineers, to build 60 million litres per day Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) at Mathura in Uttar Pradesh. Besides, a portion will be used for general corporate purposes. Half of the issue size has been reserved for qualified institutional buyers, 35 per cent for retail investors and the remaining 15 per cent for non-institutional investors. Enviro Infra Engineers is engaged in designing, construction, operation and maintenance of water and wastewater treatment plants and water supply scheme projects for government authorities/bodies. The treatment process installed by the company at most of the STPs is zero liquid discharge-compliant and the treated water can be used for horticulture, washing, refrigeration, and other process industries. Hem Securities is the sole book-running lead manager of the public issue. The equity shares of the company are expected to be listed on the BSE and NSE on November 29. Enviro Infra Engineers IPO to open on Nov 22; eyes ₹650 crore

The company manufactures solid surface materials, which include UV acrylic solid sheets. The company wants to raise Rs 40.80 crore, out of which Rs 28.56 crore will be raised via fresh issue, and the remaining will be accumulated via offer for sale. The stock’s price band is set between Rs 65-68. Gem Enviro, which specialises in plastic waste management and recycling, aims to raise Rs 44.93 crore via this IPO. Seven-year old PharmEasy claims that the initiative to launch a new development centre coincides with the increased digital adoption due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The company claims that this increased customer demand has also increased the demand for tech skills across the spectrum. “The new facilities will serve as a significant hub for driving development and innovation,” Abhinav Yajurvedi, chief technology officer (CTO) of PharmEasy. Founded by Dharmil Sheth, Dhaval Shah, Harsh Parekh, Hardik Dedhia, and Siddharth Shah, PharmEasy caters to the chronic care segment and offers a range of services such as teleconsultation, medicine deliveries, and sample collections for diagnostic tests. It operates a business-to-business (B2B) pharma marketplace with 6,000 consultation clinics with 90,000 partner retailers pan India. PharmEasy’s parent company API Holdings became the first Indian startup to acquire a publicly listed company, after it acquired A Velumani-led diagnostics chain Thyrocare Technologies for ₹4,546 crore ($612 million) in June. Online pharmacy startup PharmEasy is looking to hire 200 engineers in Hyderabad, Pune and Delhi before the IPO

majority of the revenue is earned from this segment (close to 98-99%). We have a positive view of the company from the long term perspective, given government support to the infrastructure sector, high experience in the execution of road projects, technical capabilities and stable financials.” Strong order book and financial performance Over the last two decades, GR Infra has transformed itself from a small regional player to a pan-India EPC company. Order book of the company grew from a meagre ₹1,700 crore in FY14 to a massive ₹19,000 crore, said a report by Prabhudas Lilladher. Its revenue has seen strong 33% compound annual growth rate (CAGR) in the last three years (much higher than listed peers), primarily driven by strong order intake and expansion in new geographies The company has three manufacturing facilities -- one each in Rajasthan, Assam and Uttar Pradesh -- for the manufacturing of key raw materials and also a fabrication and galvanizing unit in Gujarat. All these enable it to be less dependent on third party equipment providers and also efficiently manage its project execution schedules. In FY19, FY20 and FY21, the company executed 80%, 50% and 50%, respectively, of the projects prior to the completion dates, said Choice Broking in a report. G R Infraprojects IPO gets subscribed 102 times, highest in the sector in over a decade

MUMBAI: The markets are on a roll, with the <keyword id="6484188" type="CITY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Sensex">Sensex</keyword> and Nifty making fresh life highs, led by gains in banks, auto and energy counters. 
 
The new life high for Sensex is 26,356.24; and that for Nifty is 7,865.85. 
 
The Nifty extended its winning streak for fifth consecutive session and hit an all-time high as FIIs continued to pump in dollars in Indian markets on expectations of pick-up in economy 
 
Sudip Bandyopadhyay, President, Destimoney Securities, is of the view that the market will continue to move upwards. 
 
“A lot of FIIs money is coming out of Russia into Indian markets through BRICS fund. Domestic investors are also entering the market and that is providing support,” said Bandyopadhyay. 
 
At 2:02 p.m.; the 50-share index was at 7,860.95, up 69.25 points or 0.89 per cent. It touched an all-time high of 7,865.85 and a low of 7,779.20 in trade today. 
 The S&amp;P <keyword id="35140" type="CITY" weightage="20" keywordseo="BSE">BSE</keyword> Sensex was at 26,340.82, up 237.59 points or 0.91 per cent. It touched an all-time high of 26,356.24 and a low of 26,075.28 in trade today. 
 
Sandeep Tandon of Quant Broking is of the view that market went through consolidation in the last three months. It is light at the moment and looks set for next leg of upmove. 
 
The CNX Midcap Index rallied 1.27 per cent and the CNX Smallcap Index surged 2.10 per cent. 
 
Among the sectoral indices, the CNX Bank Nifty was up 1.49 per cent, the CNX Auto Index gained 1.02 per cent, the CNX Energy Index rose 1.42 per cent. 
 
The CNX FMCG Index was down 0.75 per cent and the CNX IT Index slipped 0.51 per cent. 
 BPCL (up 5.25 per cent), <keyword id="6355975" type="CITY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Axis-Bank">Axis Bank</keyword> (up 3.11 per cent), <keyword id="45008" type="CITY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Tata-Power">Tata Power</keyword> (up 3.04 per cent), BHEL (up 2.91 per cent) and Tata Motors (up 2.87 per cent) were among the major Nifty gainers. 
 
ITC (1.92 per cent), Infosys (1.01 per cent), HCL Tech (0.80 per cent), HDFC (0.70 per cent) and TCS (0.68 per cent) were among the index losers. 
 
The market breadth was positive on the NSE with 1090 gainers against 425 losers. 
 
Foreign institutional investors were net buyers worth Rs 625.18 crore and domestic institutional investors were net buyers worth Rs 135.75 crore on Thursday as per the provisional data from the National Stock Exchange.

<ul><li>The Indian PC market recorded its second-best quarter with a shipment of 4.49 million devices in Q3 2024.</li><li>The growth in part is due to the online festival sales by e-commerce giants and retailers.</li><li>HP continues to lead the Indian PC market with a share of over 29%.</li></ul> The Indian personal computer or PC market has recorded its second highest-ever shipments at 4.49 million devices in Q3 2024, recording a 0.1% growth year-on-year. According to a report by the International Data Corporation (IDC), the growth in sales was recorded due to online festival sales which began early this year. “The e-tail sales, which typically start around the second week of October, began in late September, leading to a surge in PC shipments,” said Bharath Shenoy, Research Manager, IDC India &amp; South Asia. In Q3 2024, desktops recorded an 8.1% year-on-year decline, notebooks recorded a 2.8% year-on-year growth and workstations recorded a 2.4% year-on-year growth. Premium notebooks priced above $1,000 recorded a 7.6% year-on-year growth. “Brands capitalized on e-tail sales by offering steep discounts, cashback, and bundled accessories. Many of them also matched similar pricing in their brand stores and offline channels like Larger Format Retail stores (LFRs), leading to the second biggest consumer quarter in history,” Shenoy added. And the country’s big push for 5G expansion in 2023 will see a surge in hiring in the telecom sector as well. “Sectors such as IT, healthcare, e-commerce will continue to grow and with the advent of 5G, we will see a sharp rise in telcom jobs as well in the next few quarters. With the rising job market and ever-evolving concept of job, it will be interesting to see how India defines the future of work,” Sashi Kumar, head of sales at Indeed India, told Business Insider India. To be sure, the hiring pace in the Indian IT sector slowed down this year and this was particularly seen in the case of freshers. However, experts say that the demand for IT digital skills like SAP, salesforce developers, dot net, data analytics, java, full stack, devOps, and cloud infra will continue to remain strong in 2023. “We do see an upswing in demand for digital skills as the services sector continues to hire,” Nitin Dave, CEO – Quess Staffing Solutions told Business Insider India. According to a recent Indeed survey, around 71% of companies recruited people with IT abilities and skills this year. Data science, analytics, and other technology-related job roles are likely to continue to be in demand next year as well, according to Kumar of Indeed India. “High-skilled engineering employees who have prowess for futuristic tech are in demand and they have multiple opportunities, hence we see that employability is positive,” Kumar added. Crypto roles - which had the biggest share of hires in overall technology job roles, increasing from 41.22% in 2019-20 to 67.48% in 2021-22 – will continue its upward growth with high demand for application developers, data engineers and full-stack developers. Another big source of demand for human resources will be from global capability centres (GCCs). “We also expect to see an increase in job demand from the growing number of GCCs in India,” Dave added. As a result of the pandemic’s digital push, there is a rise in jobs in engineering and R&amp;D being made available in Tier 2 and 3 cities as well,” Kumar said. The aviation industry – one of the most affected industries due to the pandemic lockdowns – had to cut <a href="https://www.businesstoday.in/industry/aviation/story/covid-19-impact-10-jobs-in-aviation-sector-lost-between-apr-2020-and-dec-2021-says-govt-327667-2022-03-28">10% or 19,200 jobs</a> between April 2020 and December 2021 due to the Covid-19 pandemic, VK Singh, Minister of State for Civil Aviation said in March this year. Jobs market outlook 2023: Specialised IT, telecom and service-oriented sectors to drive hiring

New Delhi, Mar 3 () Antony Waste Handling Cell has raised Rs 60.94 crore from three anchor investors a day before the start of its initial public offering (IPO) on Wednesday. Antony Waste Handling Cell has finalised allocation of 20,65,932 equity shares at Rs 295 per share aggregating to Rs 60.94 crore to three anchor investors, according to a company statement on Tuesday. The anchor investors are Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Vantage Equity Fund and 238 Plan Associates LLC. The company proposes to open IPO of equity shares at a price band of Rs 295-300 per equity share consisting of fresh issue of shares aggregating up to Rs 35 crore and an offer for sale of up to 57,00,000 shares, as per the statement. The offer will close on Friday. The shares of the company are proposed to be listed on BSE and NSE. The company proposes to utilise the net proceeds towards reduction of consolidated borrowings of the company by infusing debt in its subsidiary AG Enviro Infra Projects for repayment /prepayment of portion of outstanding debt and general corporate purposes. Further, the company expects that listing of shares will enhance visibility and brand image and provide liquidity to shareholders. Equirus Capital is the sole book running lead manager to the issue.
