It also intends to use the proceeds to fund long-term working capital requirements of the parent company as well as the subsidiary; in addition to general corporate purposes. Apart from a large domestic market, J G Chemicals serves 50 global customers across 10 countries. It offers 80 grades of products and can serve a diverse set of industries like rubber, ceramics, paints, pharmaceuticals, animal feed and more. The company currently operates on a total capacity of 77,040 million tonnes per annum including recent capacity expansions at the Naidupeta facility of 36,960 MTPA. The facilities have an average utilisation of 65%. It also intends to establish a greenfield manufacturing facility in Gujarat to cater to the ceramics industry. “Currently, 90.5% of revenue comes from the tyre and rubber industry with 76% of total revenue coming from top 10 customers. The company has relations with over 1,900 healthcare manufacturers across the country and caters to 3,400 hospitals and 81,400 pharmacies in 495 districts in the country as on March 31, 2023. The company has 77 distribution warehouses across 38 cities.

The issue is a combination of fresh issue of shares, and an offer for sale. Net proceeds from the fresh issue which amounts to ₹450 crore will be used to augment its tier-I capital base. The Jalandhar based small finance bank was incorporated in 1999. With a range of banking products on the asset and liability side, it operates Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh and Union Territory of Chandigarh. “Our asset products primarily include agriculture loans, MSME and trading loans and mortgages. We focus primarily on the middle-income customer segments,” it said in its DRHP. As of September 30, 2023, its gross advances stood at ₹5,865 crore, while total deposits were at ₹7,000 crore. Its gross non-performing assets (NPAs) stood at 1.36%, while its net interest margin was at 4.04%. “Capital Small Finance Bank is a retail focused liability franchise with a high share of CASA. Their credit assessment processes, and risk management practices enable them to maintain good asset quality and low delinquencies. They have gained an understanding of their market and customer base over the years,” said an IPO note by <keyword id="20548750" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="anand-rathi" source="keywords">Anand Rathi</keyword>, which gives it a ‘subscribe-long term’ rating.

The ₹740 crore issue was subscribed 83 times the shares on offer, with good response from institutional buyers. The qualified institutional buyers (QIB) portion was subscribed 179 times over, and that of non-institutional investors was subscribed 90 times. Most of the new-debuts on the stock market this year have given positive listing gains to investors. It believes it has no listed peers in the stock market. It also supplied components to clients across countries such as the USA, China, Europe, Middle East, and Japan since its inception. Union Minister of Road Transport and Highway Nitin Gadkari on Friday said, "Today is a historic day and I feel very happy that we could finally give the Retail Investors (retired citizens, salaried individuals, small and medium business owners) an opportunity to participate in the Nation-Building activity. The minimum investment slab is just Rs 10,000." Gadkari informed that 25 per cent of NCDs has been reserved for Retail Investors. "The listing of InvIT NCDs on Bombay Stock Exchange is historic as it marks the new dawn for People's Participation (Jan-Bhagidaari) in Infra Funding. We have reserved 25 per cent of NCDs for Retail Investors. The round 2 of InvIT has been oversubscribed almost 7 times in just 7 hours of its opening. It offers an effective yield of 8.05 per cent per annum with highest credibility." The ticker will broadcast live prices of BSE’s almond futures contract along with currency derivatives rates. This move will lead to increased price transparency and will help market participants in effective decision making. "The launch of (the) ticker at the APMC market will help market participants gauge overall market sentiment at any point of time. Wide dissemination of prices will be used as reference for physical market transactions, which in turn will positively impact the lives of traders especially when the intensity of information needed in commodities market is increasing day by day,” said <keyword id="300102" type="General" weightage="50" keywordseo="sameer-patil" source="Orion">Sameer Patil</keyword>, chief business officer, BSE. BSE launched what it claims is the world’s only almond futures contract in June 2020. This had been well received by the market participants, it said. Since its launch, the almonds futures contract has seen physical deliveries to the tune of 2.4 lakh kg, along with 52,162 tonnes being traded, aggregating to ₹18,659 million. “This is unprecedented and one of its kind. BSE launches ticker at Navi Mumbai's APMC Market to display dry fruit prices

Domestic stock exchange <keyword id="35140" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="BSE">BSE</keyword> has crossed the milestone of 7 crore registered users based on Unique Client Code (UCC) on Monday (June 7). The exchange also completed the journey from 6 crore to 7 crore users in just 139 days, as compared to 241, 652 and 939 days needed for the previous milestones of 6 crore, 5 crore and 4 crore, respectively. Of the 7 crore users, 38 per cent fall in the 30-40 age bracket, followed by 24 per cent in 20-30 age bracket, and 13 per cent in the 40-50 age bracket. The growth has been fuelled by tech savvy young users, with an age profile of 20-40, who contributed 82 lakh of the 1 crore user additions from 6 crore to 7 crore, the BSE said in a statement. Besides, the market capitalisation of BSE-listed companies recorded a new high cruising at over ₹227 lakh crore ($3.12 trillion) post touching $3 trillion mark on May 25. BSE's MD and CEO Ashishkumar Chauhan said: "This milestone is a testament to BSE efforts to bring more investors, especially from the retail side on the exchange platform. BSE remains confident that to leverage its increasing reach and capacity for delivery of a wider range of financial products including mutual funds, insurance and so on." <keyword id="13126" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Maharashtra">Maharashtra</keyword> and Gujarat are the two states that lead in terms of investors with share of 21.5 per cent and 12.3 per cent of the total 7 crore investors, followed by Uttar Pradesh at 7.5 per cent, and <keyword id="6354780" type="PERSON" weightage="20" keywordseo="Karnataka">Karnataka</keyword> and <keyword id="20154" type="PERSON" weightage="20" keywordseo="tamil-nadu">Tamil Nadu</keyword> at 6.1 per cent each.
