Do visit ‘Rajghat’, which is the memorial of the nation's father and the biggest stalwart of India's struggle for Independence, Mahatma Gandhi. This place offers solace and one can sit here for hours. From here, head towards India Gate and pay respect to our martyrs at Amar Jawan Jyoti. Look backwards and you will see Rashtrapati Bhawan, the official residence of the President.

The Red Fort, which was built by Shah Jahan, was the residence of Mughal emperor for 200 years. It is also a UNESCO World Heritage site. From here, you can also explore the Old Fort and go for boating. The architecture is truly amazing and the ASI has done a commendable job in protecting it.
