A person who is leading a healthy life will always suggest you to have a heavy breakfast. Breakfast itself means ‘break’ the ‘fast’ as it can make or break your rest of the day.

Various studies have shown that breakfast is good source of nutrients, protein and fibre, which give us the energy to sustain the day.

Many researchers state that people who miss breakfast are less likely to get nutrients and proteins compensated in other meals such as lunch and dinner. Breakfast also restores glucose levels, provides energy, increases metabolism, and makes us happier also.

A healthy breakfast is also important for maintaining a good body weight. But, many of us become lazy or run out of time in the morning to prepare a hearty meal and rely on simple bread and butter or instant noodles.

If you are lacking motivation in preparing a good breakfast, these Instagram photos will make you drool and prep you up to prepare a good breakfast.

Let's kick of the new week with some chocolate shall we? Chocolate hazelnut pudd😍 In true Marie stylie it's rich, decadent and utterly delicious without all the added nasties. Crammed to the brim with goodness and topped to perfection with bananas, pecans, dark side @consciouschocolate hazelnuts, goji berries and cacao nibs( all from @nutriseeduk ) and chunks of @loveraw coconut and chia organic raw food bar❤️ To make this deliciousness I used 2 bananas🍌🍌 1/2 avocado, 1 tbs of hazelnut butter, 4 soft pitted medjool dates, 1 tbs of @superelixir nourishing cacao protein powder 3-4 tbs of raw cocoa powder, 1 tbs hulled hemp seed and 2 tbs of raw cacao nibs all from @nutriseeduk, 1 cup of homemade hazelnut milk. For that I soak 1 cup of @nutriseeduk hazelnuts overnight then rub off the skins. Then I blend them with 3-4 cups of filtered water depending how thick you like your milk and a little vanilla and sweetener of choice if you prefer. It's one of my favourite nut milks along with cashew which I make the same way. Enjoy!! I'm off to the gym as I had a very busy and stressful week last week and didn't workout at all so today I need to work those legs and de stress with a HITT workout👊 Have a great Monday 😘
